Learn about the birds, fish, turtles, and manatees that frequent these areas. For those that are interested snorkel through some of the tour as you experience the world under the mangroves as well.
For those booking a 2 or more guests, we will automatically assign tandem (2 person) kayaks to those travelers. Travelers requesting single kayaks…please call us after booking to request single kayaks.

Meet at Florida Bay Outfitters located at 104050 Overseas Hwy Key Largo, FL 33037 on the bay side of the key. The store is a pink building located in between The Caribbean Club and The Big Chill. Please arrived at Florida Bay Outfitters at least 15 minutes before your tour is to begin.

Interesting and active mangrove tour - Fun and interesting tour through the mangroves and we saw 2 baby manatees! A little more of a workout than expected when going against the wind but still manageable. Guide was great and saw things I would have missed.

Beautiful paddle - It was a beautiful day in the mangroves in January! Sunscreen and bug spray are a must to bring. Dylan provided great stories, nature insights and music for our journey.

Great experience! - This was our very first time kayaking and Colin was an excellent guide! He gave us a quick tutorial and we had a fantastic time paddling and floating through the mangroves, even though we didn't see a lot of wildlife. Would highly recommend this excursion whether you are an experienced kayaker or a newbie.

Definitely recommend! - So much fun! Great guide- very informative and fun! We would have paid $5 less per person if we bought our tickets at the venue.

Kayaking in key largo - The tour was great. Recommend going on the early one as it’s cooler and not as crowded. Connor was our guide. He got great photos of all of us and shared them at the end of the trip. He also had great recommendations on where to find good key lime pie and restaurants. He was spot on in recommending Captain Craig’s. Great fish and excellent key lime pie. Our first choice among the ones we tasted. Thanks Connor.

Kayaking in Key Largo - The Mangrove Kayaking tour (with Dillon) was both informative and enjoyable.
Seeing the mangroves up close was exciting and Dillion did a great job explaining the wildlife and ecology.
We would highly the tour.

This is a great trip for... - This is a great trip for small kids or beginner kayakers. It was nice to have a guide since the mangroves can be a bit of a maze. Our tour guide was passionate and very knowledgeable. Extra bonus points for providing water, snacks, dry towels, and even an ice cold towel to wipe the salt water from your face after snorkeling.
