Dolphin watch/snorkeling - First and foremost I must say that I NEVER go in the ocean deeper than my knees! The dolphins watch/snorkeling cruise was a perfect way to overcome my fears. I felt very comfortable and safe. The crew is respectful of the dolphins and gave them space...and they came to us! It was fun being on the lookout for fins and splashes! I had a lot of anxiety about snorkeling but once I got in the water and relaxed *wear the float* it was a great experience! We were allowed to take it at our own comfort level, some went all in and some of us just floated and looked around. I highly recommend this trip! Thank you Honest Echo!

Amazing afternoon on the water - Eric and Bryan were great! We learned about the resident dolphins and saw lots of beautiful marine life. There wasn’t a question we asked that Bryan couldn’t answer. Loved the chill vibe that wasn’t a party boat. I felt 💯 safe and will be back next year. Also saw the world’s most amazing algae patch, a 7 foot Nurse shark (from the boat) grouper, moon jellyfish (they move slowly never at risk of being stung) spiny lobster, angelfish, crabs, razor fish and so much more. Don’t miss this tour!

Amazing experience! - Honest Eco have a fantastic ethos of keeping their groups very small (we had 7 people on our boat) and being eco conscious - no plastic so we had metal cups for water which we could take away as a souvenir. We saw so many dolphins including only a couple of feet from the boat / going under the boat - our captain (Eric) said they get to know the boats which don’t hassle them and come closer to us than other boats. Then snorkelling, you could choose to be guided by Heather, who was so knowledgeable and would point out lobsters and conch and explain the different coral, or you could do your own thing. Overall fantastic experience - worth paying a bit extra knowing you’re going with an eco conscious company with small groups!

Best in the Keys - This was one of the best excursions we have been on. Capt. Rachel and Brian were amazing and took great care of all of us. The Squid is a great boat and the whole team went out is their way to get us out on the water and see the awesome wildlife. We will recommend to all our friends and will definitely go out with them again the next time we are in Key West. You can really tell how much the team cares about the environment and their passengers. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Great dolphin watching trip! - Rachel and Hayden were great guides on this dolphin trip and even went out of their way to grab a tire out of the ocean! We got to see a fairly large pod of dolphins and even a sea turtle! Would recommend to anyone looking for a dolphin tour.

Honestly Awesome - My husband and I went on Honest Eco’s dolphin & snorkel 1/2 day adventure. It was awesome! They filled the boat (Squid) with only 16 people, which made for a personable experience and plenty of room on the boat for viewing. The captain & crew were very knowledgeable about the various marine life we encountered, naming the types of fish, birds & turtles. We came across some dolphins being very active & playful in the water, which they explained the reasons for the behavior. I would definitely go on another adventure with them & highly recommend their tours. I appreciated their knowledge & respect for the marine life we enjoyed.

A day of beauty and fun! - This was one of the best snorkeling trips I have ever done! The Captain and Bryan were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure all customers felt welcomed and looked after. I enjoyed booking a solar powered tour boat—and one that did not serve alcohol. I enjoy being with folks who are along for the beauty and not the buzz. At the reef Bryan made sure to answer all questions and point out both common and unusual sea life. Highly recommend this activity!

The Best Tour in the Keys!! - I have been following Honest Eco for a few years now, and have wanted to do the kayak, snorkel, + dolphin watch tour for a long time. Every trip where I could do it, one or more people in my party would not or could not do some part of it. 1 in my family gets seasick, 1 can't swim, 1 is scared of fast boats, and 2 are terrified of the ocean. haha We're a tough bunch. This year I said "F*ck it! I'm booking it!" thinking I was just going to book for myself and take the trip alone. Right before I booked, my youngest daughter decided to join me, so I switched it to the Dolphin Watch + Snorkel. I love the ocean (even though I have a healthy fear of it as well), I love snorkeling, and dolphins are my favorite animals on this planet since birth. So I was really excited about this. I was a tad nervous that my youngest may not like it, or may not snorkel, and if she didn't snorkel what that would mean for me. She's a preteen, and on some tours if she doesn't leave the boat, a parent must stay on board with her, which is understandable, but when it's just her and I that would be a bummer for me. haha Also, dolphins and marine life are wild animals. There is no guarantee that we'd see them. That is always a risk you take with tours like this. Within the first 20 minutes we started seeing dolphins. I was so happy! My daughter was enjoying the trip as well. Then the Captain asked if we wanted to snorkel now, to leave more time at the end to try and do more dolphin watching. Everyone in the group loved the idea so we went. My daughter and I were the last in our group to get off the boat. I told Captain Sean and Mate Ben that we were a bit scared. Both of them were SO amazing at walking us through it, being patient, and Ben even waited until we were both in the water and feeling great before swimming off to look for sea life for the group. He checked in on us a few times throughout the snorkeling as well. On our trip we saw so many fish, lots of moon jellyfish, and some manta rays!!! I saw one with my daughter when no one was around us, and it was so huge. It definitely startled me. After the ray sighting mixed with several jellyfish my daughter was done. haha She did go back to the boat early, and Captain Sean was nice about it. Didn't shame her or call any attention to it really. There were already a couple people who had gone back as well, so she sat up on the boat (on her phone) while I went back out to see more. On our second attempt at finding dolphins we were able to have an experience with a large maternity pod of 12+ dolphins. It was incredible. Captain Sean was great with his dad jokes and sea knowledge, and Mate Ben was so sweet and also was a wealth of knowledge. He checked in with everyone in the group several times throughout the tour to make sure everyone was having a great time, and had what they needed. I also love that they keep the group size small so everyone gets that personal attention. We couldn't have asked for a better trip!! Honest Eco was worth every penny!! I'm currently planning my next tour with them!!
