Great tour! Ask for Sarah! - Sarah was super informative on the tour. We learned a lot about the island that we never knew! We would definitely recommend this tour and looking forward to doing another one. Make sure to ask for Sarah!

Informative and Fun Tour - The narrator on the train was very informative and entertaining. He gave a comprehensive history of Key West. The tour traveled by and through all the well known places in old town. He has lived on the island his entire life and gave great recommendations. I highly recommend this tour. The only complaint I have is with Viator. When we checked in for our tour we were told veterans rode free since it was Veterans Day weekend. The ticket operator at the Conch Train office told us to contact Viator for a refund and allowed us to ride without scanning our tickets. Viator, so far, has refused to refund our money.

The tour guide we had was very informative and we did overall enjoy what we did see on this tour train. train. - When we booked this, we were suppose to be able to get on and off at certain points throughout this tour train. However, on the day we arrived, they advised us that they had changed this and the tour train would not be stopping anywhere. We were actually looking forward to getting on and off at certain points on this tour train and felt this was not what we had paid for.

Old town - Nice way to see the “old town” area and having the history provided by the knowledgeable tour guides was a bonus.

Great history tour! - Loved this tour. Hop on and hop off. We rode all the way around to start and the driver pointed out the historical sights complete with trivia. Then we got off and walked around to shop. Really good visit to Key West!

Not happy that we were not able to stop at attractions. - The tour was good but the internet add stated that we could get off at attractions and catch another train later. This is why I took the tour because I am not able to walk from attraction to attraction. We did not find out this was not true until we were on the ride. There were others on the tour who thought the same thing. So I had to book another tour to actually see the attractions.

Really Wanted To Like It, But... - We've seen these trains go by for 10 years now, they always seemed like the Guide/Driver was sharing fun facts and pointing out interesting sights with historical stories & lore. Instead, we had a Guide (Eduardo) who seemed bored, delivered the tour in a mumbled, cynical, sing-song voice, and was humorless. We finally got off after 45 minutes as it was so disappointing. Though I would NOT recommend this $40+ tour, if you do decide to take it, talk with the Guide beforehand to make sure they have a good personality that you'd enjoy listening to for 75 minutes!

Never, Ever Using Viator - Never again using Viator; customer service is nonexistent; leaves a lot to be desired. Changed the tour that I purchased and, when I was contacted about it, I was told that I could still use my original order.

Don’t do it. - Awful experience. The live narration was awful. Not a typical hop on/off situation. The stops were in awful places not even close to most popular areas of interest. Everyone around us were complaining as well. Don’t waste your time or money!
