The staff are very nice,... - The staff are very nice, informative, and very attentive. I didn't think to have cash on hand to tip with, was able to tip using venmo. I was impressed at the drink choices and that drinks were included with the inexpensive cost of the cruise. The captain didn't rush the trip, we were out a while longer than the planned time to ensure we saw a decent amount of dolphins. Would definitely do this cruise again!

Wonderful time on the water! - The crew was awesome. The views were amazing. The dolphins gave us quite a show. It was a wonderful way to spend 2.5 hours on a beautiful sunny day.

Dolphin Watch - We arrived around 12:15 and had lunch before our leave time of 2:00. We ate at Conch Republic Seafood and was at the meet up spot at 1:30 since we were informed to arrive 30 minutes early for check in. No on was at the desk so we patiently waited. A woman approached us to inquire what we needed and we told her we were here for the 2:00 Dolphin Watch and she said they didn't have a 2:00 only the one that left at 1:00. I showed her my information and she took a picture and said she has to contact Viator because they are giving the wrong time. So she offered us one leaving at 4:00 and we accepted since we are leaving Monday and Sunday was going to be colder. Saturday was already cool so we were stuck waiting until 4 to attend the Dolphin Watch. So we waited the 2.5 hours and enjoyed the tour. We were able to see the dolphins a few times. Unfortunately it was extremely cool but we made the best of it. We didn't have any problems with Sebago Water Sports at all and appreciate them making an adjustment for Viator's mistake.

Great fun seeing lots of dolphins! - We had a lot of fun! Seen lots of dolphins! Great music, great staff, great drinks! It was all fun and we will do it again!

Excellent experience - The crew was AMAZING. I felt safe the whole time, well informed and the whole trip was very enjoyable. We didn't see any dolphins however the trip was worth it even without seeing them. We will go again!

Nice boat, great crew, was hoping for more dolphins - Great crew, nice boat, and cold drinks. I understand dolphins are wild animals and we did see 4 for about 15min but it didn’t seem like the crew looked for any others after that. We just boated up and down the key west coast. Over all a great trip .

No Dolphins - There were no dolphins at all! No, I saw one jumping of the water very far from our boat, and that’s it! The boat was sailing too fast i think to notice some dolphins! Before our trip the captain informed us, that before us there were 8 other boats and no one saw dolphins and in case if we don’t see any dolphin we will get another trip as a gift, but of course at the end no one offered us this trip! Why do you call it “sail to watch dolphins” if you are not sure there are dolphins! Not happy at all
