Kayaking tour - Chris was a great host and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend this trip!! Saw many great fish, even some sharks!!

Awesome guided kayak tour! - Chris was a great guide! He pointed out different species in the water and talked about the plant and animal life of the area. This was a great tour and a must do if you are looking for something different than the normal activities. Highly recommend! He even gave us a recommendation of places to eat dinner afterward and we were not disappointed!

Cool nighttime activity - Really fun tour! Got to see the sunset over the water from our kayaks and it was really cool to paddle through the mangroves in the dark with our led lit kayaks. Our tour guide Jamie was patient and kind. Would definitely recommend!

Fun activity to try - Fun activity! We went at 8pm so it was already dark. The experience of kayaking in the mangrove bushes is very cool. The water is crystal clear. We saw a nurse shark resting on the floor of the water. The boats are easy to navigate but expect to get wet (bring a change of pants).

Requires some experience - Very cool idea and location. Not an experience for all skill levels as advertised. Paddlers need some experience with kayaks and currents. Navigating in the dark through the tunnels of trees for 2 hours can be exhausting and frustrating for novice kayakers. The tour guides are excellent, but there is only so much they can do if you can't control your boat

It was a cool thing to try once - I really wanted this to be fun! But it was just ok. We expected to see fish through our clear kayaks but we didn’t see much of anything. We had a full tour & one female guide. She worked very hard to get us in & out of the kayaks! Due to kayak & oar design we got soaking wet. Far more than we planned to. I don’t think our Uber driver appreciated wet seats. One of the people on our tour had a leak in his kayak & it was filling with water the entire time. I would have been happy to skip the mangroves & just paddle around in the bay to see fish. I managed to grab a few photos of my family with my phone. We didn’t have the chance for the cool glowing photos you see on this site. I think our guide was just inundated with the size of the group & managing the situations. I’m glad we did it but wouldn’t do it again

No bioluminescence in the bioluminescent kayak tour - The tour advertises a bioluminescent lagoon. What they deceptively did not mention is that there is a season for bioluminescence occurring and we were well out of that season. So no bioluminescence.

Very disappointed in Viator - No memorable moments. Atleast 9 people on the group. There was not a guide in the rear to make sure we were all going in the same direction. The tour guide would stop and start giving his speech before 1/2 of us got there and when we got thru the mangroves, he was ready to head out again. Very disappointed. I cant believe they are approved by Viator. I use Viator because the trips are always good. Not any more.
