Sand Key Reef - Snorkel, Kayak, Watch Dolphins, Sail, and eat an amazing Full Spread Organic Lunch from a local cafe. This is a 6 hour trip on the water! We will begin this experience on a spacious 42’ sailing catamaran. With 1,092 Square Feet of deck space, plenty of room to relax.
We will depart from the dock located at the Historic Seaport. Sail out to a mangrove island that we can only reach in a shallow draft boat.
You will learn about our Key West ecosystem as you Kayak through Mangrove Islands. We will explore the distinct habitats of the Key West National Wildlife Refuge and learn about our diverse animals and plants
We will head to another one of our favorite spots to snorkel on the reef, coral heads or a sponge garden. We take you to the best spot with the best visibility that day. Your mate will lead you around a calm snorkeling spot and point out animals that make our ecosystem unique and answer any questions.
Lunch is provided from our favorite organic cafe Date and Thyme.

I’m the founder and owner of HONEST ECO. Originating from Kentucky bluegrass and holding a B.S. in Biology, I was irresistibly seduced by the mesmerizing beauty of the blue sea. My journey to Key West began in 2005, and now, with over a decade of experience in studying Biology and navigating the waters of Key West, I co-run a small business with my wife and our two young children. Our goal is to create a meaningful impact through education and role modeling. I hold a deep enthusiasm for wildlife and environmental conservation.

A magical family moment - I cannot speak highly enough of this experience, Matt and Hayden did an incredible job showing the reef and the animals to my daughters ( 5 and 8). We saw so many amazing things- it was an unforgettable adventure

Greatest Experience!! - Me and my kids had the Best experience with Honest Eco. Captain Todd and Bryan were Amazing and really made our trip great. They even turned the boat around to retrieve my hat that flew off. They were very personable and knowledgeable, learned lots about Dolphins, Birds, the mangroves and some historical facts. The food on board was great, they had ice cold water and fresh fruit. Everything was provided just all around great time. I would 10 out of 10 recommend doing this as a family trip!

Lovely day kayaking, snorkeling and dolphin watching - Learned a lot of interesting things about the surrounding ecology including the mangroves and dolphin behavior. Snorkeling and lunch were good too. Highly recommend this trip if you are interested in learning more about the ecology of the keys area and animal behavior and history.

Family Fun on Blu Q! - We had a great day on the water with Capt Libby and Brian! They are very knowledgeable about the wildlife and love what they do and that made for a great experience. We also enjoyed having a smaller group aboard the Blu Q! Highly recommend for families!

Dolphin mission accomplished. - Very fun experience with children, especially kayaking although we found bad weather and rain.
We got to see a lot of dolphins.
Snorkeling does not deserve much for the seabed (little stuff) and the points already set and known.
For the food on board there was everything, but little expected for Italian children; a little ham or cheese would have sufficed.
Cost certainly high.
Too bad about the sail we didn't use.

Great tour and fun crew! - This tour was amazing! The crew was very welcoming and friendly. We were lucky and saw several dolphins while also learning interesting facts about them from Brian. While snorkeling we saw several sting rays, tarpon, a grouper and a bunch of other types of fish.

5 Star - 1/2 day trip was a blast - kayak, snorkel, delicious food and saw group of 10+ dolphins with babies. Highly recommend! If Haden is your catamaran’s co-captain you’re in for a treat…a wealth of knowledge, funny and catered to every need….made the trip so enjoyable for all!

Wonderful crew, excellent trip - The tour was well run and very much value for money. Bryan and Eric had answers to all the questions asked and more regarding local wildlife. I can’t recommend highly enough my partner and I would happily do this tour again just for the crew let alone the wonderful memories.
