Great time with Sunset Watersports - All the Sunset Watersports team members are friendly. We had so much fun with all the activities. Mr. David (Bartender, on Do It All with Parasailing Cruise on 25th Jul) is so friendly and helpful. Both me and my friend have never drive Jetski before, our day almost got ruined by thousand of courses and questions in the test for Jetski and we even decided to give up on trying Jetski. David noticed that how we feel sad on giving up one of the fun activities in our package and he tried to figure out with his team how he can help and finally they decided to help us as the drivers to let us enjoy our first time try for Jetski. As he mentioned that Sunset Watersports team rarely did as the Jetski drivers for the guests, we really appreciate the whole team for making this one time exception and special thanks to Mr. David, we had a great time with friendly talk, never get bored and we really enjoyed Jetski and all the other activities. You made our day filled with so much fun. We will definitely recommend Sunset Watersports and we would like to come back again.

Most fun in Key West on the water. - We had a blast! Husband, me & 2 19 yr olds. Jet skis, inflatable water fun, banana boat rides, all just so much fun and relaxing since mostly nothing was scheduled, just do what you want when you want, or relax on the boat and do nothing!

Fantastic!!! - Fantastic adventures! The crew, the food, the service, the boat, the activities. Everything was fantastic. Only change I would recommend is providing more shade on the top deck. We had such a fun time. We will definitely do this again!

A great family excursion - bring some sunscreen! - This excursion was a blast, and the staff made it a real treat! We did some kayaking, swimming, parasailing, and jet skiing. Our kids are 9 and 13 and they had a great time and loved the inflatables. The staff were friendly and informative, and provided anything we asked for - drinks, food, whatever. We had great chats with Captain Owen, Noah, and others. Georgia in particular was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and served us well. I could tell how difficult the crews jobs are, and they were working hard but always had a smile on their face! Noah was great too, and photo-bombed our family photos! I also saw him make a difficult swim to rescue a family that had trouble with their kayak. All in all, this was a great excursion as long as you are up for a 6 hour trip in the blazing sun. The staff will make this worth your while!

Worth every penny! - If you are thinking about going, stop thinking and sign up! So much to do…snorkeling an old ship wreck, parasailing, jet skis, water park, and a tasty lunch. Never a long wait to do anything, the staff keeps everything moving and well organized. Then when you’re on your way back, the beer and wine start flowing and make a great cap to an amazing day on the water! Shout out to Dave the bartender on top deck…make our trip fantastic. Was always asking if we needed anything and worked his butt off to make our trip enjoyable!

The Divas (devas)!! - This is a must! The crew were amazing and very professional. They went over and beyond in assisting us with everything. If you ever visit Key West, this is the place to be! Thank you for Captain Clint for being a great host! Thank to ABBY, for being so friendly and just overall the best (will have to teach you the dance next time) Thank you to SPARKLE/SPARKY for the entertainment and amazing personality ( that dance tho!) Thank you to Yonie (dude, thanks for the sunscreen) and Mike (the in training gang!) Thank you to Noah for the swimming lessons and Joe for that food! You guys are amazing and we appreciate y’all. Never again ! - Stressful instead of fun . Sat around for hours with only water inflatables and kyacks to do because we were scheduled last for praisail and jet skies . Not to mention banana boat was chaos and impossible to get family on at same time .tons of people sat in water and whoever could make it on bananna boat first got to ride .so multiple times we couldn't get on .you had to fight for spots . no organization. Not to mention when you got a spot on the banana boat you had to wait 20 mins cause the guy pulling it was doing 2 jobs . And let's talk location : the water was less than desirable to be honest. And snorkling area smelled putrid and not ideal whatsoever ever . How do they have good reviews ? We were told 2 times we were gonna go on jet skis and then they kept pushing us to last. Finally we get on bananna boat and she calls for jetskies I literally was so over the back and forth of trying to do something that none of us wanted to go .we were so over the stress of the event. When you were able to do things it was fun but it took hours sitting in sun. Crew was nice expect girl organizing. I wouldn't recommend this day out with this company .I would never book again. Other people were angry and complaining . Hopefully they make changes cause I wouldn't want to go back .

Sunset Watersports DO IT ALL Adventures Endangers lives - DONT USE THEM....book your experience with Fury. This was my first time using this company, we have done the Fury experience many times before and loved them. I was looking for a Sunset Dinner Cruse and they offered what I wanted, they also had a DO IT ALL Experience and decided to book the experience. I now regret it and will warn anyone to not use them, they have no value for the lives of your kids. I had my family and friends 8 booked for the DO IT ALL Experience. PAPERWORK - There is lots of paperwork to complete that you are only made aware of when you checkin. They send you a waiver to sign when you book, makes no sense to sign that online and send it in before the trips as there are lots more forms to fill out when you checkin. GROUPS. When I went to check in I was told there was a 10% gratuity for parties of over 6. I was not told that at the time of booking. I inquired what the gratuity was for and couldn't tell you as I kept being told to ask the Manager. Good Luck finding out what its for. It was 2 families of 4 and if I had known at the time of booking we would have booked separately. DO IT ALL Experience - My 13 year daughter, 11 year old niece and their 13 year old friend were trying to go snorkeling at the shipwreck around 2pm on a paddleboard and Kayak. The weather started changing and the wind started to blow them further out to sea. There was another couple in a Kayak that was also blown out to sea, and she was crying asking my 13 year old daughter for help. The Kayak with my 11 year old niece and 13 year old friend capsized when the weather got worse and they hold onto the paddle as they drifted further out to sea. It started to rain torrentially and we lost complete visibility of our kids, with the heavy rains and lightening. EXPERIENCE WITH CREW - At no point during the ordeal did the Captain or crew attempt to update us on what was happening. Even after the girls were rescued did they say anything to us. When they first started to drift way 2 crew members decided to swim to them. The wind was pushing the kids further and further out and their "plan" was to swim. The Captain then told them to take the Kayak to attempt to get them. The Captain's response as it was unfolding "this is bad". Once we heard him say that my husband then asked for him to call the Coast Guard which they didn't. They waited until the speedboat came back with the Jetkiers to go rescue the girls. It took 30 minutes for them to rescue our kids. EXPERIENCE WITH MANAGER I spoke to a Manager and insisted that no one can predict the weather. Inaccurate statement as a simple check of the weather as the Captain of the boat would have told them what to expect. He further stated that what the Capitan did was in keeping with the policies. I was there and there was no plan. It was chaos and chaotic! He further stated that if they had called the Coast Guard it would have taken them longer. I plan on calling the Coast Guard and reporting this incident as this company is putting lives at risk. THE GIRLS - My 13 year old was able to keep them calm during the ordeal. She has done the snorkeling trips with Fury since she was a year old. They take care of the kids. This experience has traumatized them as once the Kayak capsized the 2 girls thought they were going to die. There was no urgency from the Captain or crew when this first started unfolding to rescue them. The girls were wearing the safely vests but a speed boat going by could have killed them as there was no visibility because of the rain. They could have been hit by lightening. I question how many people are allowed with the amount of crew to properly manage the experience.

Beware Rip off if you buy the tickets at counter - I regret to share our extremely disappointing experience with Sunet Water Sports' "Do It All Watersports Adventure with Lunch." Our group of 20+ guests had high hopes for an enjoyable day, but what we encountered was far from satisfactory. Firstly, we were forced to pay a mandatory 10% tip, amounting to $460 on top of our $4200 ticket cost. This tipping policy is not only exorbitant but also feels exploitative, especially considering the subpar service we received. To add insult to injury, we discovered that there was a $20 discount per ticket available online, which would have saved us $400. However, their online portal does not accommodate groups larger than 18, leaving us no choice but to purchase tickets at full price through their office. This inflexibility and lack of transparency were incredibly frustrating. The office and boat staff were not respectful and seemed more focused on extracting money from us than providing quality service. This was evident when we were denied the parasailing activity we had paid for, simply because they claimed we took too long to decide. They even demanded an additional tip for the parasailing crew, who supposedly do not work for Sunet Water Sports. This dubious practice left us questioning the legality and ethics of their operations. Our overall experience was horrendous, especially considering the significant amount of money we spent. There are far better adventure sports companies out there. I strongly advise others to stay away from this one. Save your money and find a company that values its customers and provides the service they promise.

DO NOT BOOK DO IT ALL - DO NOT BOOK THR “DO IT ALL”. You will be better off booking these activities separately. Very unorganized. Signing in felt like we were taking a mortgage out - so many documents to sign. Tried to get us to pay an extra $267 for jet ski insurance upon sign in. Note if you have 5 or more people in your group a mandatory 20% gratuity is added. On top of that, each group that took us out wanted tips as well. (Parasailing and jet skis). One person went “out of bounds” on the jet ski and the entire group was punished and had to go Bach to the dock. Total time on jet ski = 3 minutes. You are also paired up on jet skis. So, if you are thinking you will be able to drive one on your own, you are wrong. The jet ski instructor was rude, unprofessional and definitely should NOT be working with the public. Horrible customer service. The crew did not announce when it was lunchtime, and several people were out and did not get to eat. You’re only allowed to drink alcohol if you forgo getting off the boat for any reason even to swim so keep that in mind when you’re thinking, you’re gonna have all the free drinks…. We left late and we got back to the dock light. They do not take into consideration the timeframe and or if you have things planned before or after trust me they do not care. They wanted to charge $60 for the photos that they took during parasailing. I offered them 20 and they took it keep that in mind also. Oh, and I also need to add on their website. They say parking is 3 to 4 dollars an hour which is not true. It’s $40 to park at the Key West location!!!!!!!!
