Fury dolphin & snorkeling trip - Enjoyed a great cruise with Captain Nicole and first mate and got to observe a small pod of @ 7 dolphins with a baby. Very informative and fun. A must do key west trip!

Sunset, dolphin, snorkeling afternoon cruise key west - Owen the captain and Mika was the crew. Awesome, fun, safe, saw many dolphins at channel marker 27 along with baby dolphins as well. Snorkeling was fun, saw lots of colorful fish. The sunset was magnificent. A fun day at sea. Will do again when back in key west.

Awesome time! - Had a great time! Saw a lot of dolphins and the sunset was beautiful. Wasn’t able to snorkel because the goggles don’t fit over my glasses. The crew were very nice especially Micah! Would definitely do it again.

Breathtaking experience - This trip totally exceeded expectations. My husband and I were expecting to maybe see a dolphin from far away, if we even got that lucky. Color us surprised and shocked when there were several pods of dolphins so close to the boat I was able to look right in the eye of one. The captain, Kevin, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure we got to have the most incredible experience. He took his time to find the dolphins nearby and follow them for quite some time so everyone could get the best sighting possible. His crew mate, Aubrey, was such a wonderful addition to the trip. She was friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and made sure to check in on each of us individually throughout the excursion. I still can not believe how perfect this was. I highly recommend to anyone in Key West to do this excursion!

Great experience, great value, great crew! - We did the Dolphin, Snorkel & Sunset Combo with Madison as our captain and her crew! The cruise was on time and provided a fantastic 3 hour excursion. Madison gave an initial briefing and set expectations and then we set off in search of dolphins, which were being hard to spot as appeared to be feeding, so we went off to do our snorkelling and Madison assured us we go looking again for dolphins afterwards. The snorkelling spot was amazing with perfect conditions, equipment was provided and the crew supported all levels of swimmers. Afterwards as we headed back before the sunset Madison did her best to seek out the dolphins and we were successful finding a pod of about 8. The crew told us all about the dolphins in that area and the names of many dolphins as a result of their distinguishing marks etc. After sharing some time watching the dolphins play, we heading back to watch the sunset. What an amazing trip with great memories! Highly recommend.

Trip cancelled one hour before - We booked the trip at 11am. But around 10am we got a message saying that the trip was cancelled due to boat maintenence. We went to the tour operator to ask and they told us it is because there is too few people participating in this trip, that's why it was cancelled. That is totally unfair! We found another tour company and cancelled this one.

Absolutely unacceptable!!! - I don't even know where to start...but to summarize this was the worst cruise excrusion we have ever been on. From the start to finish something was off. There was no room.for our 7 ppl.family on the boat. The captain said "you guys squeeze in" to fit us in and we were supposed to sit separately for a 3h trip...unacceptable!!! On the previous cruises we went on , they would sit ppl by the groups, starting from from the largest to.make.sure everyone sits together...but here it was a mess...could not believe it, so we partially.stand or sit on the ice cooler... I wish I could upload some photos, cuz Noone would believe it!!! (Pictures won't load) So this was just the beginning Later 3 of us decided to snorkel even tho it was freezing and super windy ( not their fault) but we were trying to.save.this terrible trip. We got in the water for 10-15min, there was no reef, literally some bleached very small.something compared.to reef...we all.cpuld not believe it...so yes this was happening... Next we searched for.dolphins for almost 2hours, we saw 2 fins, nothing to be excited about, but better than nothing lol We got.suoer cold, wet, uncomfortable and soooo freaking disappointed that I hope I will save couple of you from booking. By the way I called them.too, and I heard "we cannot unsure you you will.have a seat on the boat, ppl.are boomkng from different websites..." So thank you Sunset Watersport!!!

Did not get a service provided and they forfeited my money with zero offer of rectification. - This business is not family oriented or professional. I am sad to report this and I did try to rectify it but they are not moral or respectful. Their staff is very friendly for you to book, then if you need to cancel for immediate emergency exigent life circumstances, they will forfeit your money. They offered me no credit, no refund, nothing. Nathan the director was very proud to tell me the dont want to offer an rectifications, and his staff member Trinity was extremely evasive and ignorant to my circumstances and situation. His staff member Shaun was really nice but the company went MIA when I needed them. They didnt log information and conversations accurately. I canceled within 48 hours of my original booking and they refused to refund me. Even when i went in to great detail about my circumstances they essentially laughed me off. They had no human component as a family business and its very off putting. I am so stressed and spent a lot of time emailing and on the phone, I didnt get to enjoy my trip. They literally offered me NOTHING and even hung up on me. I had to raise my voice at trinity and demand a manager. They never emailed me back either.
