If you like music, max will show you the best any night in key west has to offer! - I grew up in key west, left for 10 years, and just got back. Max showed and taught me things about music and history down here that I never knew about all while I was listening to beautiful sounds and having fun. He knows the venues, the musicians, and the modern and historical context better than anyone. I cannot recommend highly enough. Will be sharing with friends, locals and tourists alike.

Exploring Jazz in Key West - Maxwell met us and we enjoyed several jazz clubs nearby. He was full of knowledge, making the musical experience more interesting. It was a wonderful way to begin exploring Key West! Maxwell also shared upcoming local venues that we could enjoy on our own while staying in Key West. Highly recommend this tour with him!

Fantastic experience and strongly recommended for anyone who enjoys the Key West nightlife scene. - Fantastic experience and strongly recommended for anyone who enjoys the Key West nightlife scene. Maxwell showed me an entirely new side of the Key West music scene: outside of the Green Parrot, I thought it was just a bunch of cover bands, but Maxwell opened my eyes to a very special slice of this very special place. I'm actually considering doing this tour AGAIN, it was that good.

An experience of a lifetime with a new friend! - Best tour ever! Maxwell showed us places we would have never found on our own and gave us so many helpful tips on where to shop, eat and the best happy hours. The music was awesome and he introduced us to the locals along the way. He was our personal photographer too. You must do this tour!

Music makes the heart happier - Maxwell was so flexible and accommodating right off the bat. He’s a native Key Wester. He gave recommendations to restaurants along the way. He knows the people and community. We hit about five different bars and each had a different variety of music. We stopped at great little places that I’ve never been to and have been coming to Key West annually for over ten years. This was one of the reasons I wanted to do this tour. To find more places to visit. Definitely going back to Hero’s and The Backyard Bar. The music scene in Key West is vast. You have to try this tour. You won’t be disappointed!! Thanks Maxwell!!

Live music scene with Maxwell - We had a great time on our live music tour! Maxwell is an amazing guide! His knowledge of and love for Key West is evident. We’ve been on three different tours with him and have enjoyed all of them! Highly recommend joining him for a night out in KW listening to great music, visiting cool venues and learning interesting facts from a true local!

Book this tour! - We loved this live music tour by Maxwell. He’s fun, knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to spend a few hours with. He did his homework and knew which musicians were at each venue and chose spots accordingly to ensure that we enjoyed a great night of music. Maxwell is a wealth of information about Key West and knew stories and details about the venues as well. We’re booking this again for our next trip with family and looking forward to it!
