Excellent customer service! - Brian was excellent, with his informative information about the island! We learned about lobster and crab fishing. We sampled awesome food and drinks!

Great way to start the evening! - Booked this tour on a whim and I’m so glad I did. The tour guide was awesome, so much more informative than I was expecting which made it even better! The tour was so much fun. The energy was high, the company was a blast, and the drinks were amazing. HIGHLY recommend booking with Salty Seaweed Tours!!!

Engaging and interesting! - Bryan was a wonderfully knowledgeable and personable tour guide. He has lived in Key West since he was 7 and was able to relay great stories about not only the Key West waterfront but also Key West in general. We had our 17 year old twins with us and he did a great job of engaging with and keeping them engaged. I recommend this tour and ask for Bryan as your guide.

Disappointment to say the least! - Horrible! The tour guide did not show up. Waited at the pick up spot for 45 minutes while on the phone with Viator. Tried texting the tour guide and they never answered. It was very upsetting.

TOOK MY MONEY, CANCELLED THE TOUR TWICE. 2 WEEKS LATER I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND!!! - 🚨DO NOT SCHEDULE A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Our tour was scheduled for the evening of February 20. That afternoon we were notified our guide had an emergency and another guide would take us the next day. No problem, things happen. I was told the guide would contact me by 3-3:15 the next day. At 3:30 I still hadn't heard from them. I texted them to tell them we were on our way to meeting spot. They replied back that they weren't able to do the tour and I would receive a refund. It's been 2 weeks and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY!!!!!

Unnecessary Cancellation - Less than two hours before the start of my tour, I received a text message that it was cancelled because of rain. It was a beautiful sunny day. I asked whether the bar crawl portion could continue, even without the walk to Mallory Square, since that portion of the tour was inside. I was told no. It never rained. The first rain drop that fell came at midnight. My tour was scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM and would have ended at sunset. It seems to me that either there weren’t enough people signed up for the tour or the guide had something better to do. This tour should not have been cancelled.

Sham - The guide messaged earlier in the day with where to meet. Then messaged canceling due to weather. There was only a 30% chance of rain starting at 10 PM. There was absolutely no reason to cancel due to weather. Feels like this was a sham. So pissed off.
