Don't miss this opportunity to explore the waters with this crew! - The Captain and the crew were great and very engaging. Unfortunately due to the choppy waters we only saw 2 turtles and no dolphins.

Frolicking dolphins - Girls getaway weekend and one of my friends loved dolphins but only in the wild so we chose to do this. Crew was fun and friendly and to top it off we say at least 6 of them frolicking along side of the boat.

Successful tour, deduction due to tip stitch. - The experience was great - the departure was on time, and as promised there were free drinks. Super was that only about 15 people were on the boat, so everyone had a good view of the dolphins. We saw some, so the tour was a complete success. The music on the Boat was from our point of view directly at the dolphins completely out of place and too loud. The depth makes sounds that we would also like to hear. What we found cheeky: The captain has announced twice that must be typed - 20%. When you got out, the glass was held up to you, they demanded $20 a head. Had we used the service, we would have liked to have typed something (still not 20$!) We did not use any service, but still felt compelled to throw a few dollars into the glass.

Unprofessional - On the bright side, we did see dolphins. However, the captain was unprofessional from the start. Stepping on board he almost demanded that every customer leave 20% tip of the overall cost of your tickets. For a family of 6 that could be as much as 70$ plus? And the reason he cited? They pay their workers less than minimum wage. That sounds like a business issue. I understand and prepared to pay 20% at a full service restaurant. Don’t demand I pay $70 tip to watch dolphins and drink 1 glass of water. What’s worse, the captain was overly confrontational with some of the guests. Not sure what happened, but based on his unprofessional actions at the beginning of the trip I’m sure he was partly to blame. And he was literally texting the entire trip while he was at the wheel. Not sure the rules with texting and driving (steering) on the seas, but I would expect an overall more Professionalism.
