Wonderful trip - Superb trip - we loved every minute. First of all we sailed out and were spotting dolphins and turtles, followed by snorkelling and then kayaking through the mangroves. We then watched the sunset from the boat. Drinks and snacks were plentiful. Jack & Logan were great hosts - really knowledgeable and friendly too. One of the highlights of our trip.

Kayaking in the mangroves - This was an amazing experience. I highly recommend. Brooke, Cloud and the Captain were wonderful hosts. If you are in key west Danger Charters is the place to book a tour.

Best snorkeling trip in the keys! - The snorkeling and kayak tour was amazing! The crew Logan and Jack were the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and safe. We spent half a day aboard the Danger and it was a blast. We learned a ton about the local geography, biology, and history surrounding key west. The tide was way out, so the usual island for the tour was not available as it was not underwater any the time, so Logan navigated us to an island that was new for the tour and Jack took us ashore where we found a sweet campsite, barracuda, giant conch’s, and hermit crabs! Jack and Logan were both able to answer all questions that anyone aboard had, and at the end of the trip they took us to a spot where we had a clear view of the gorgeous sunset. This was an outstanding tour worth every penny!! Would recommend! 10/10 gold star, all that stuff! Thanks Logan and Jack

Just as Good as Ever! - My wife and I took a Danger Charter trip about 8 years ago on our first visit to Key West and it was highlight of our trip. Well, we’re back again and the first thing we did was book another trip with Danger Charters. There are not many things from eight years ago that would live up to my expectations, but Danger Charters did. Logan and Conner were running our trip and they could not have been any better. Friendly, helpful, informative, and communicative are just a few words to describe them. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and, especially, this crew to anyone.

Book with this company! Great trip! - My 26 year old daughter and I loved the half day snorkeling and mangrove kayak trip. Shout out to Captain Sage and her crew Cloud and Rocky. They were very friendly and accommodating. The weather was a challenge, but our captain and crew made the trip great. They can't control the weather! I was glad the trip wasn't canceled as it rained on us on the way out. However it made everything much cooler so we were glad. Rocky was a great guide and a local. His knowledge of the history of the area was interesting. He also did a great job of sharing about the marine life. We snorkeled over a sponge garden in about 4-6ft of water. The kayaking was easy for us and the water was not rough. The trip back included light food and wine and a really stunning sunset. We took a similar tour the next day with another company which wasn't bad. But if I had to choose I would absolutely choose Sage, Cloud and Rocky over the other tour company. They were wonderful!

Perfect - The crew members were super nice. Bronza, the captain, maneuvers his sailboat to perfection and the ride was super smooth. Rose's explanations about the history of Key West and the flora and fauna were perfect and very informative. In the snorkeling portion, Jack spotted different species of fish and shellfish. We had the incredible chance to see a sea turtle! We were a small group and we were the only ones in the sites we visited, so much more pleasant that way. The sunset was magnificent. An activity to do again!!! Thank you so much to the crew!

Top Tier Vacation Outing - I actually visited in July of 2023 with my husband, but the app won’t let me leave a review unless I chose August? Anyway, i dream about how amazing this trip was. I cannot remember the names of our captain and crew member, but the man who was the captain took us to the reef area that he found and anchored there. Along the way, the crew member who was the lady pointed out different wildlife and talked a bit about the history of Key West. The lady was a marine biologist so when we got in the water to go snorkeling, she could point out different fish and wildlife species! She also led our kayaking tour through the mangrove and her extensive knowledge of the wildlife and plants made the trip feel like I was in a National Geographic television program. The boat itself was great because it was mostly shaded and had a great middle area to keep your stuff from getting wet. They provided all the materials you need. However, if you have to wear thick prescription glasses, you can have your doctor fit that prescription into a snorkeling mask and bring that with you separately so you can see better. There were plenty of snack offered and they had water jugs to refill our water jugs that we brought. Highly recommend you bring cream coral-safe sunscreen lotion (bc the spray is so bad for the coral), water shorts, sun glasses with a floaty string to keep them together, and a fishing shirt or spf-swimming shirt. You can probably buy all of those items at the pier where the danger cruises takes off, but they are just as easy to pack if you haven’t left for Key West yet. It is imperative that you reapply and REMEMBER THAT THE SUN REFLECTS OFF THE WATER EVEN WHEN YOU ARE IN THE SHADE. This is a long ride and MUCH more enjoyable if you don’t get burned. We were the only couple from Texas or any state in the southern half of the US and the only guests to not get burned. Remember that when you snorkel, you are basically floating face down in the water so your whole back is exposed. At the very end, they had a freshwater hose to clean off the saltwater from our clothes and shoes. You should plan the rest of your Key West itinerary around this experience. I cannot say more good things and I cannot wait to return for another trip!

Fantastic tour in a small group - absolute Recommendation! - I rarely had such great afternoons as this. The tour takes place in very small groups (max. 20 people). We were only 11 people in total, which made it almost a private tour. The tour by sailboat, the snorkeling and the kayak tour are all top organized by a really totally sympathetic team. The tour is informative, fun, relaxing and drinks and snacks complete the experience. Of course, it is always a matter of luck whether you get to see exciting maritime wildlife or not. We were very lucky to observe dolphins up close and see a barracuda. In the mangroves during the kayak tour we even spotted a shark. At the end of the tour we could relax in the evening sun with a drink in the sea – it was just the perfect tour!
