It’s a good tour - Good tour with great info. It’s not super animated or anything but worth it. The girl took the time to explain many interesting points.

Amazing - Braylyn was AMAZING!!! We loved every story and the interaction with the guests! 10/10!!!!! Seeing the homes in each story made it so creepy. We took the 9pm tour. Braylyn knew every detail and was great to talk with after to answer any questions.

Great tour and guide, despite loudmouth couple. - Our guide Christian did a great job and was very personable. There was a loudmouth drunken couple from Maine who were often disruptive, but that's certainly not her fault and she handled it professionally and politely, but firmly.

Tour guide was the wors ever in our 20 years experience. Make sure to ask for a different guide. - The tour was supposed to be for 1.5 hours give or take but we spent 30 minute on our first stop at Robert the doll house which could have been done in 12 minutes. Our guide Brenlee or Brenda ( not sure) was the worst of the worse. She apologized and made childish comments for passing mopeds atleast 10x times. It’s KW, there is incessant mopeds passing by, 1 comment is enough. We get it. Give us a tour! there was a baby in stroller who was really well behaved but babies do make noises here and there but Brenlee kept saying Exactly in reply to the baby atleast 15x and getting lost in story line and was making stuff up that was neither scary, ghostlike or interesting historically. I don’t blame her, maybe she can’t help it due to some anxiety issue/ADHD but the company should vet better. We have been to Key West since 2002 atleast 80x and have done different ghost tours 12+ times just in the Key west and have done it in many times in Savannah, Asheville, Charleston and JamesTown etc. THIS TOUR GUIDE IS THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL. Needless to say we dipped out after the second stop at the KW theater. And that was already 45 min into the tour and we went a total of 300 yds. From the episcopal church you the Robert’s house and to Theater. Ask for different tour guide and see which one is on call and book differently. It was a waste of our time. The money wasn’t the issue the time wasted rushing out of dinner and hearing Brenlee dribble on was painful. Please tour company reeducate her in touring ways. KW has a lot of history scary and not. Make it right.
