The journey will start from Rapid City at 8:30 am, heading towards Mount Rushmore, where you will engage in various hiking activities surrounding the notable monument. The next destination will be the Crazy Horse Memorial, where you will understand the significance and historical background of Crazy Horse. The final stop will be the picturesque Custer State Park that offers opportunities to witness wildlife up close and admire the indigenous vegetation. In all these visited areas, you will be bestowed with exclusive and valuable knowledge about Black Hills’ history. A delightful lunch will be part of the experience at a high-end local restaurant of your preference.

Wonderful experience! - Carrie and her team were wonderful. I called her and said I don't want to plan anything, can you organize three days of tours for me and she did a wonderful job. It was a perfect and easy trip. Ty Carrie! I cannot recommend her team enough.

Great Time - I had a great time visiting Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer Park. The sights were amazing. The scenery in the black hills was spectacular. Mike the tour guide/driver was excellent. Very knowledgeable. He could tell you everything you needed to know about all the places we visited. I'd definitely recommend The Black Hills Adventure Tours to family or friends.

Amazing first time visit to Sodak - We travelled to South Dakota for a friend’s 50th birthday. We spent a full five days touring the entire area - badlands national park, Custer state park, Mount Rushmore, Deadwood, biking along Mikaelson trail to name just a few of our adventures. Jamie McSherry was our guide and I cannot say enough good things about him. He made the trip! Jamie was accommodating, flexible, easy to be with, and full of knowledge about the area. He is incredibly professional and a pleasure to spend time with. Our van which we renamed “Jolene” was comfortable and always clean. Can’t say enough good things about this company. I will recommend to friends and hope to use them again someday!

Jackie was an amazing tour guide! She picked us up and took the time to discuss what we wanted to see, making sure our experience was tailored to our interests. We cracked a lot of jokes about life, learning so much from each other along the way. 📸 She was also a phenomenal photographer for our group, capturing all the best moments. Jackie is incredibly personable and did a fantastic job coordinating the perfect balance of time and activities at each stop. Highly recommend her for a fun and memorable tour! 🎉✨

Best Tour Guide Ever! - My sister and I decided to "Glamp" in SD. We reserved a long weekend at Glamping under Canvas then booked a private tour for a full day... and met Rose, our tour guide. She was so knowledgeable, easy to converse with and FUN! She made the day pass so quickly, we felt incredibly lucky to have met her and fortunate to experience SD with her shared wisdom. We consider her our friend and I won't hesitate to stay in touch with her and highly recommend this tour option to others. Thanks Rose!

Monuments and much, much more. - Our guide met us at the hotel right on time and provided a wonderful commentary on the back story of Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse monuments on the way there. Spectacular photo ops along the Needles Highway, whenever we wanted to stop, was the ideal set-up to see the actual structures. Once there, we were shown many different angles of these incredible structures, as well as the accompanying museums and displays and some features the general public often overlooks. A bonus was stopping at some small towns along the way. A long day, but very satisfying.

See, Learn, and Enjoy the Black Hills - We just completed the private tour. This had to be one of the best tours we were ever on. Our guide. Mike, was super knowledgeable about every place we went did not hurry us any place and everything was at our pace. . He was an excellent tour guide and I highly recommend this tour should you be visiting Rapid City. We learned a lot and we’re going home with many great memories from this tour. Black Hills Adventure Tours is one of the best companies we have dealt with through Trip Advisor.
