Unique cooking techniques in the tradition Thai ways that only an experienced Thai chef can teach you. Authentic way of making each dish such as curry from scratch and fresh ingredients such as fresh coconut milk, herbs, veggies, meat and seafood.
Own cooking station for all students including a gas stove, own cutting board with all knives, spoons and spatulas, a mortar, an apron, and hand towels.
Gluten free,Vegan and Vegetarian dishes are one of my specialties, and let’s not forget that I am used to cook with children as well.
