Great experience - It was a really fun 3-day tour. I was able to experience the life of Mongolian nomads, and it was more than I expected. Our guide, Bachi, treated us well. I would recommend it if you are looking for a 3-day tour.

Love Mongolia! - Amazing authentic Mongolian experience. Davka was full of information - a great guide. I’ve read other reviews which are unfair - this is not a hotel lux experience - this is about staying in authentic Yurts, being with nomadic families, eating local food and where creature comforts of home aren’t the same. You want to get a real taste of Mongolia? Do it this way. Don’t expect showers or flush toilets everywhere. Don’t expect a private yurt. Do expect magnificent scenery, an incredible history lesson, a deep insight into nomadic life and the chaos of Mongolian driving. Hot tip? Bring some toilet paper, a bed roll to sleep on (beds are very very hard) and a sleeping bag.

Best packages! - It was a great experience with Travel Mongolia. The packages offered by them are interesting and price friendly. We chose the best package of 3 days tour to Central Mongolia. Although it was just 3 days, we felt that we have covered quite a decent trip. So if you have just 3 days of trip time, then this is the best deal for you. We were picked up on time, travel was always precise, stay was comfortable. Our guide was really friendly and kind. It was a trip to remember!

Fallen in love with Mongolia! - We look the 3-day tour as a last minute decision. I can honestly say that it was a good decision. We have experienced a mini version of Mongolia, thanks to Travel Mongolia. A Lot of things done for the very first time like camel riding, spotting the horses, living in camps and gazing at the beauty around. I am in love with Mongolia due to this trip. Travel Mongolia is an excellent company for your travel plans to places around Mongolia.

It’s worth joining - It was great experience. This tour covers good interest places where is difficult for private tourist to go. The driver/guide has enough knowledge to explain the places.

Great tour, but not perfect - The tour includes everything that is promised: - very friendly and attentive guide - tour includes everything (food and tickets) - the experience with the nomadic family really is authentic The company responsible for this tour: Travel Mongolia answered all my requests and were super proactive. Why wasn’t it perfect? The only problem on the tour was that the nomadic family was not prepared to receive us. On the next day, the family would have a wedding so all the family members were very busy and could not give us so much attention. I think once the company is aware of that fact (that the nomadic family is really busy) it would be necessary to arrange another family who could provide a little more attention to the guests.

Very tight with budget - Tour wad great itself. Guide put lots of efforts to that, he drove well. But sadly on last day during the lunch and after very poor breakfast he refused to buy salads to lunch saying host is tight with budget. I personally have paid £410 for tour and lunch was not much than £5. So I am wondering what was thar £410 for if host is that tight with money to refuse buy simple salad with lunch. People eneded up paying for salads and tea. That was absolutely out of order. At this point I would use thus company again neither recommend it to anyone.

Very bad price-quality ratio (unexperienced guide, unprofessional agency, bad car quality) - Good things first: - the tour included everything what was mentioned (entre fees to national parks, authentic stay with nomadic family, full board drinks and foods) - friendly and attentive guide - private tour, as no one else had booked the same tour at the same date Some negative points, that we definitely have to share with you: - the quality of the car was very poor: very old Toyota Prius, break down of tire, air condition out of service, radio and other music out of service, bad conditions of the second (supposed to be new) tire - the guide was friendly, but not experienced: the 20-year old student is from Mongolia, was attentive, and tried to do his best. However, he was not an experienced guide and could not answer questions to history or nomadic living outside the city. Also, he could not navigate, thus we had to tell him where to go (using offline navigations). Other experienced guides, we met on the road, seem to be a lot more experienced. - after the trip, we went to the official agency office: the office seemed to be part of a nail and hair studio and no agent was around. also the hair stylist tried to call someone, but could not reach anyone. that is definitely VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Summarizing: The trip was very authentic as promised. However, the quality is not validating the price! For the same price you can definitely find some tours with a more experienced tour guide.

Complete rip off - book a different tour - We had to sleep in the same tent, which was not mentioned in the description. Extremely uncomfortable (bed, mini van, accommodation). We didn’t event have a toilet. Food was terrible. So the question is: where did the $500 dollar go?

DO NOT USE HIM - Bachi was fast to collect money. December 2019, I made a full payment for the Mongolia tour in May 2020. Under the agreement, I can have 100% refund when I cancelled before April 2020. Due to Covid, I need to cancel the tour in March and asked for refund. After numerous emails and empty promises from Bachi, 9 months have passed and U never get my money back. In addition, he is now uncontactable. While I understand that tourism could be worst hit by Covid. The least he could do is to reply me - and if he gives a date - to honour it.
