To start of, everything... - To start of, everything was on time without any delays. The guide (sorry for forgettimg his name) had great sense of humor. The hot stream especially in the morning was perfect since we arrived early it wasnt crowded. The pools were refreshing due to very hot day . After that we went to our lunch with amazing thai food and perfect service by the staff. Lastly the tiger cave - it is challenging climb but its worth it . The monkeys are at the beginning of the climb can be sweet but also a little aggressive (Tried to grab our glasses and gently bite my wife) Overall great day tour and really great views

Hotspring, emerald pool and temple tour - Mimi was fantastic guide, very sweet smiley lady who is full of info and fun. 8am pickup from hotel, straight to hot springs. You can change into swimwear when there but easier to wear it underneath your clothes. Hotspring is incredible, like sitting in hot bath in the middle of jungle! Then on to emerald pool. Nice walk through jungle (on a normal walkway) Emerald pool is like a large swimming pool in jungle, gets quite busy. Then had lunch (canteen style) with variety of dishes (nothing spicy) very nice. Then on to tiger temple. This is not for the faint hearted as is 1200 + steps of varying sizes. Lady have to cover shoulders amd knees. Plenty of places to get snacks and cold drinks and ice creams. Over brilliant trip and we'll worth going.

Great tour. Highly recommend - Mimi, our tour guide was awesome. Very knowledgeable and made us laugh. The pools were breathtaking, hot pools were so relaxing. The tiger temple was very cool. Watch out for the monkeys!!! They are very aggressive, we watched one run and knock a plate of fruits out of someone’s hands onto the ground. As soon as the fruit hit the ground the rest came running to eat it.

Do it! - Mimi was a fantastic guide! She was very knowledgeable and incredibly kind. We loved the pools but the tiger cave temple…whew! 1260 stairs but soooo worth it!

Great tour, well worth the effort - Great tour, well worth the effort. Jian our tour guide was awesome, very down to earth and offered great advise for our daughter's upcoming trip to Malaysia. The steps....my goodness. There are alot of them to get to the top but the views make it all worth while. Lunch was awesome as well, seemed our best meals were during these day tour adventures

Must try - Lots of fun . Our guide Abi was amazing. The swimming was so refreshing and although the hike up tiger cave mountain is tough, it's well worth it.

Our tour guide Mimi was... - Our tour guide Mimi was great. There was some confusion in the pickup but ultimately they picked us up at our hotel. climb up the temple steps is challenging but worth it. I got sick (all night) from the lunch served at emerald pools because I think some cooking oil crisps got into my food. Otherwise great.
