Great landscape and great guide - Apart from the beautiful places we visited, our guide was of extreme simpathy and very helpful. After 3 days in Krabi, our guide was the first to tell us more about Thai history and context. We recommend this tour as the lakes and landscape is great but also because the guide was great. the lunch was also simple but very tasty!

Our tour guide was... - Our tour guide was amazing! She really took care if us, always smiling and polite to all the guests. She even helped us took pictures. I would definitely recommend this tour. The hot springs were great, and emerald pool is really refreshing after trekking through the jungle in the heat

Overpriced - Tour is overpriced for what it is. Basically a taxi. Also it was 37° during a heatwave and we were not given water before going to the hot springs which was utterly dangerous. I had to basically beg for a bottle. I would have fainted there if I didn't get it. So be prepared that you need water. Nice pools. We didn't get fully guided through though and I did miss the crystal pool. Guide was lovely though. Did take photos of us but weren't automatically sent them. Weird that lunch was included for some people and some went to the tiger temple so we dropped them off there. Bit chaotic.

Nice but not amazing excursion - It was a nice experience walking through the tropical forest to see the different pools. Very crowded. The hot springs was nice too but again very crowded. I enjoyed it but wasn't the highlight of my trip. The travel company were very nice and efficient though

Nice place but would recommend going without a tour. - The place is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. However the operator offers no added value to the experience other than the transport. I have to say that they were well organised though. If you want an easy visiting process then it is worth booking this tour. However the downside is that you arrive at the spots at the same time as every other tour so they are packed. I would rather recommend booking a driver/taxi for a few hours and arrive at 9 am in the watersprings to avoid the crowds. Blue pool is very nice to see. I didn't even enter the emmerald pool given the amount of people there.

Jungle trip - half day - We were collected on time and a good air conditioned minibus. The guide was friendly and helpful. The springs were smaller than anticipated and extremely slippery to enter but amazing. The spas were less crowded and beautiful too. The Emerald pool is stunning as is the blue pool, this was the best part of the trip and definitely worth seeing.

Nice, but could have done without. - Well organized with pick-up and times. Maybe I misunderstood, but I didn't experience a waterfall, just that we bathed in hot-tempered built-up spa baths. Nice day, with swimming and a bit of jungle, but no more than that. Don't have high expectations.

Tour was just a ride - Took an hour to pick up the others - So 4.5 hours in the car total. Rushed in/out of each place. Could have taken a taxi to these locations, as guide didn't provide anything but a ride. Driving back, they dropped people off at atv and elephants, making the drive another 30 minutes longer. Not well organized. Go to these places, but don't take a tour.

To do by yourself - Well organized: shuttle pick-up from hotel and return as well. Quite surprised to see that during the half day the meal was not included. Ultimately, it's just a shared taxi that takes us to the waterfall sources and then 10 minutes to the emerald pool. The price for 4 is exorbitant knowing that you have to pay entrance to the parks in cash. I really regret not having left earlier by taxi which is 5 times cheaper than the bus. There is no real support or guided tour, we are left to our own devices between the parks and we have a strong constraint to do the timed visit. Fortunately the shuttle came to pick us up at the hotel (in Krabi) because otherwise it would have really been a big scam

The Emerald Pool was lovely but this wasn’t really a ‘tour’ - We booked this tour expecting to trek a bit a bit more ‘off-piste’ through the rain forest. Essentially this wasn’t really a tour, as we were dropped at the 2 locations and had to pay the entrance fees to the parks. Then took a tourist path alone to the pools which were clearly signposted. We could e done exactly the same trip by taking a taxi and we could then have taken more time and paid a lot less money.
