Fascinating - Excellent experience, worth every penny. Dinner is varied, meets all tastes. The music is great and there's still a dance show.

Maybe Not For Everyone - This is basically a party boat which takes you up and down the Chao Phraya River. There is a band playing mostly American music and traditional Thai dancers perform on the boat. There is also a light show from the shore. All of the tourist sites are lit up, there are dozens of lasers which light up the sky, and there is a very impressive drone shore. The food is above average, but the ship is crowded and the food is spread out all over the ship, some of the food was on different floors. I thought it was too much of an effort to carry food from a different level of the ship, up stairs and past dozens of people. A one point of the trip, suddenly all of the employees started to move speakers and decorations; and then it became obvious why- we were sailing under a bridge with very little clearance. Once we cleared the bridge, everyone started to put things back in there places. Then we did the whole thing over again on the way back to the docking area. I found it entertaining. When we first started the excursion, I thought- not for me, but I soon changed my mind. Everyone had a great time.

Awesome views. Invest in a more efficient cruise company. - Cruising the river offers amazing views. I took the cruise on new year eve and it was a wonderful way to celebrate the last day of the year. Also the two singers on the boat were amazing. However, the food on this cruise was mediocre, the ticketing and waiting process prior to boarding the boat is not well organized and was frustrating. I still had fun but if I took a cruise tour again I would invest a few more dollars to go on a cruise that departs from iconsiam, that offered a more elevated customer service.

Bad experience of 31 December in Bangkok - We never left because you made overbooking our evening of December 31st it ended in a restaurant with 1 hour waiting because we did not book.
In addition we have not been reimbursed.
Let her organize....!!!!!

Travstore almost ruined... - Travstore almost ruined the new year celebrations for us. They accepted the request in viator but haven't forwarded the request to the cruise ship company. They had more than 13 days to reply to the request. When we discovered that there was no table booked for us at the cruise ship but I even received a booking confirmation on viator app on the 31st, travstore did no effort to resolve this issue and just told me to request a refund.

Poorly organised. Waste of money. - This cruise was extremely poorly organised by the agency (Travstore Travel). We booked our reservation days in advance, and on the day of the cruise we received a message by the tour operator to message her via Whatsapp. Upon messaging at 12pm (7 hours before check-in) we did not receive a response after multiple messages. We called the tour operator around 5pm and she advised over the phone to go to ‘Counter 1 Icon Siam’ to check-in for the cruise. We arrived to Icon Siam at 5:30pm (1.5hrs before check-in) and no reception staff at any information centre knew where to direct us, and we even received information that the cruise was cancelled due to new years celebrations. We spent over an hour looking to check-in and board the cruise with multiple calls to the tour operator (no answer) and as a result we missed the cruise.
We are extremely unhappy with this service as we planned our trip around the cruise for New Year’s Eve. Don’t recommend this cruise to anyone (Meridian Cruise) unless you are planning on wasting your money.

We paid and received confirmation yet there is no dinner cruise - We booked this for December 31 2024 Dinner Cruise, 6:30 PM. Starting point is at Iconsiam based on the confirmation sent.
Three hours before we were at the mall already. We called the contact number given and we were told to proceed to Pier 1. At Pier 1, we were told that there is no dinner cruise because there is a new year’s countdown. We asked the staff wearing Chao Phraya but they keep on telling there is no dinner cruise. The Chao Phrayq office at the ground floor was also closed.
We paid for 5 people, with 2 old ladies. Despite sending emails to refund, there is no email response from Tripadivisor. Never again to this.

Consequently, we did not come on tour when it became full. Please refund the payments to our payment card: 5126880509976653 - Our booking for 30.12 at the Princess was cancelled.
Our reservation on prata we were advised to cancel / postpone.
We expect to get the money back from both bookings.

Mediocre Dinner-Cruise - We were very disappointed when we took this dinner cruise that was rated the best in Bangkok. We had chosen to dine inside with air conditioning since it was a very hot evening. The meal was served buffet style. All of the food was cold and the live entertainment was very loud. It was far from the romantic evening we were hoping to have. When we complained to the manager, he said that if we wanted hot food, we should have chosen to eat on the upper deck. This cruise was not worth the considerable price we paid.
