Best experience to book for a wildlife safari. - We could n't ask a better experience than what we get from this company, they are the best to recommend, Emmanuel the manager is a good dealer we had good chats with open ideas and we were comfortable to book with them definitely, The next day was our lovely full day safari with Justin the guide, he did the best to make the tour a good experience ever he knows all park corners, we sow differents animals including faux in big five. We can't wait to recommend this safari and please choose universal as a company. Thank you.

A memorable day well spent in forest. - My boy friend booked a safari tour with universal Rwanda, it was a best choice because this company provided excellent service, we left Kigali early in the morning and we spent unforgettable day in forest with wild animals, both guide john and manager Emmanuel were good to communicate and to ensure that our safari be a good experience and enjoyable . john did the best to maximize our needs and every one was happy for safari. The trip of a lifetime - It was the trip of a lifetime, my friend and I went on a great safari in Akagera National Park and everything was perfect.very thing was well planned with the company provider Universal Rwanda.We have the best guide Felix, who is very professional, warm, friendly and kind. Thank you for bringing so many surprises to our trip. We not only enjoyed the big five in Africa, but also explained many stories about Rwanda and Africa to us, which made us very excited and happy.It was an unforgettable day. I would recommend this trip to everyone.Thanks to everyone who planned this trip for us.

Amazing adventure - We had an amazing day with our fantastic guide Justin. He took us safely from Kigali to Akagera national park. Amazing park with a lot of animals and stunning nature. Monkeys, hippos, zebras, giraffe, 7(!) lions, buffalo, antilopes, crocodile - the list goes on. Justin were so good at taking care of us, arrangment lunch and breaks during the tour. Thank you for an amazing adventure!

Great service and good experience. - We had a wonderful safari tour with universal represented by the guide Richard, every thing was well organised from the pick up in the morning to the evening , we sow a lot off animals inside akagera park, it was amazing experience. Incredible Experience! You must book! - The safari was incredible! I saw so many beautiful animals and I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide in Jean Bosco. He went out of his way to make my experience perfect! He also taught me so much about Kigali and the animals that we saw. I highly recommend this trip and if you do it, you have to ask for Jean Bosco...he's the best! Also, Universal Ventures Rwanda were great to work with. I had a million questions ahead of time and they answered all of them promptly.

Great tour guide for Akagera National Park - My Driver Christian was amazing. He arrived at my hotel 20 minutes early, and was with me from 5:30am until 9:30pm. I am traveling for business by myself so I went on the tour solo. He was always polite and professional, and an expert driver on the very bumpy roads. We spent a lot of time in the car, and he explained all kinds of things about the local culture as well as the animals. He knew all the other drivers, and he asked around to find out where some of the harder to spot animals were. It is a Game Drive, and he called it a game, because you never know what you are going to see on any given day. We drove all the way from the south entrance to the north exit. We won our game. We saw 4 of the big 5: Lion (2), Elephant(1), Buffalo(4-5), Rhino(3), as well as giraffes, hippos, warthogs, birds, impala, waterbuck, and zebra. Not a day I will soon forget.
