Amazing team at Silverbird! - Silverbird as a travel agency is amazing and fantastic to work with. It was late in the day when we decided to arrange a day trip to Mt Bisoke for the next morning and they worked hard to pull it all together. Our driver, Justin, was on time (4:30 am start!!) knowledgeable, and great to get to know. The hike up Bisoke was so-so. It was a long, slow, walk that could have been faster but we moved in a large group that stops a lot. It was a long day. I’d work with Silverbird again but maybe I’d pick a different outing or just be ready to go very very slowly. +1000 for the great help from Henry at the Onomo Hotel booking desk and Justin the driver that made the drive amazing with stops for food and selfies.
