- Mt. Kigali - This package offers participants an opportunity of enjoying the view of both sides of Kigali( City view and the Country Side view), on top of the Kigali mountain that holds the city’s name. once on top participants can enjoy different recreational activities (zip-lining, archery, Squad bike, horse riding, etc \……). For us we cover one of listed activities. However, you might feel doing any other extras recreational activities , you are free to do it on your own charge. At the top of the Mountain there are access to a room for washing and toilet facilities. In addition to this, there is a coffee shop & Restaurant accessible to everyone.

Rwanda is a country in central Africa whose geography is mainly dominated by mountains, hence the name ‘a country of a thousand hills’. Despite the country having a lot of hills and mountains, Kigali city dwellers, remain left behind, when it comes to recreational hiking experiences.
This package offers participants an opportunity to experience at first hand a day to day lifestyle of Rwandans. whereas a walk along Nyabarongo river where different agricultural activities can be seen, birds singing around will be an added delight.
Mt. Kigali is the highest mountain (hill) in Kigali. The trail starts from Nyabarongo wetland (Ruliba clay factory) and finishing in Nyamirambo. It is a wonderful way to spend a few hours enjoying some fresh air, great views, and getting some rather vigorous exercise all in the heart of Kigali.
- Bring Water, heavy snacks, sugar content drinks, A rain coat in case of rain period , hiking shoes.

Best Experience in Kigali - This was my first time hiking and I have to say, I was a little nervous. I couldn’t have done it without Serge. He let me stop when I needed to and always reminded me that I wouldn’t be completing the hike alone. I was really grateful to have Serge as my tour guide and I recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kigali.

MY KIGALI HEIGHT EXPERIENCE - My experience was beyond words, I had the best tour guide Mr Serge Placide was the absolute best. I almost Gave up but he kept encouraging me , more like he was transferring enery. The The journey is not a child's play therefore be prepared. Above all I loveeee ittt. Thank you so much 😊

My tour guide Serge Placide told me a word that made me go till the finish line. The word still ring. What's the goal 😁 - If I will do this again I will do it with you over and over again. This is my best time in Rwanda. Thank you for making me have experience of Rwanda 🇷🇼 💓

Beautiful Kigali - The tour in all was super duper amazing. The tour guide Serge was brilliant, great customer service. He has a lot of passion for the job and it showed in his ability to encourage me to finish what I would term the biggest “endurance test” I have taken so far. I recommend this tour if you find yourself in Kigali.

Kiss the Earth - Every year I like to treat myself with a trip and adding this adventure was part of it. Wow! Kigali the beautiful! My guide Serge was an amazing hiking partner and since we had so much time together he answered all my questions and we had deep meaningful conversations.
I have to say though…the hike is not moderate, it’s strenuous light- or we’ll say moder-uous or stren-erate . Lol! A definite combination of the two.
Anyway, we trekked through a village, past rice plantations, and a red clay brick factory. When we reached the top, the views of the mountains and landscapes made me so in awe I kissed the ground. Mt. Kigali, Rwanda was so pretty I had to kiss her.
I definitely recommend this trek- but, keep in mind it’s not moderate.
As for the zip lining - it was okay. If you’re an adrenaline junkie it won’t excite you. It was not that high from the ground. It was fun though.

Fun Zipline and Hike adventure - Wish I could rate this higher than 5. Serge was an amazing guide, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He went the extra mile. The hike was fun and challenging, zip line was easy and fun. Highly recommended. You won’t regret it

Nice short hike with grear views and activity options at the top. Would recommend. - Nice hike to the top of Mt Kigali. I think most fitness levels would find it approoaite - quite steep in parts but you can take it slow
Activity centre at the top was good fun- i did xip lining and also paid extra for quadbiking. There is also archery and othet options as well as food
Great views at the top and Serge our guide was very knowleable and interesting!

It's all worth it in the end! - I'm so glad I did this! It's such a sense of accomplishment. I went with family, however, they couldn't complete it on foot, so they took a motorbike (yes, that's cheating, but they were older and in less physical shape). Once I got to the top of the mountain, the views were great! I decided to do the archery and horseback riding. Serge, my guide, was patient. Once you get to the top, there is a mini restaurant and beautiful fruit trees.
However, my only drawback was that it had rained the day before and there was some mud we had to go through, and I didn't have sneakers with a grip! I was unprepared on my part...lol. I would advise anyone going on this journey to dress appropriately, but it was all worth it in the end!
I would highly recommend this!
