Amazing - A truly wonderful experience. The team of guides were incredible, especially the lead guide Frank. The whole trip was well organized and the Frank ensured that everyone was well looked after and feeling good going into summit night, and was highly encouraging to all. So much fun was had, singing, dancing and getting to know the team. Highly recommend Altezza to summit Kilimanjaro!

8 day outstanding private trek - Altezza helped me coordinate a private 8 day trek for 8 women. It was an amazing trip! Natalie was our Altezza contact and she exceeded expectations. We upgraded to the larger tents, etc. which we really enjoyed. The guides did a great job of setting the pace and were receptive to when we wanted to start earlier/later or go to Cathedral point as an acclimatizing hike. Stanford our lead guide was good at anticipating our needs. Justin was an outstanding motivator. Jackson had our favorite pole-pole pace and was good with us who are afraid of heights. They got all 8 of us ages 40-47 to the summit. The chef Albert was fantastic! The food was so good and fresh. I would 10/10 recommend Altezza and our crew.

Altezza Travel surpassed our already very high expectations for our trip - This July my sister and I hiked Mount Kilimanjaro, the most amazing and unforgettable trip of my life. Amazing and accommodating guides and porters! - Had an amazing climb with Altezza and would highly recommend. Pre-trip, our travel agent, Nat, was incredibly helpful answering all our questions, clarifying any misconceptions, and was so informative in all aspects. The climb was difficult but manageable, especially with our amazing guides,Joseph and Kombe, who were very experienced and accommodating. The team of porters were also very supportive, and I would like to say a big thank you to: Amri, Margret, Benson, Cleo, Casey, Chef Albert, and everyone who was a part of our climb. My brother and I would not have been able to summit without such an amazing team, who made every aspect of the climb as comfortable as possible. The food was delicious as well!

One Team, One Dream - My wife and I climbed the Lemosho route in 8 days and it was one of the greatest experiences we’ve ever had. I had wanted to climb Kilimanjaro for over 15 years and I am so glad I selected Altezza as the company to fulfill my dream successfully with. We originally selected Altezza because out of all the tour companies, Altezza sponsors the fire equipment in the national park and it was important to us to know that our trip was making that impact. The experience was absolutely incredible. From the moment we entered the van, our team made us feel welcome. Each day, from tea delivered to our tent to our warm water bottles at night, we were spoiled with comforts on the trail and on summit day, we felt motivated and safe each step of the way. Exceptional experience with Altezza! - What an amazing experience with a caring, robust team led by Kombe and Kibacha! This climb is not a solo sport (with very few exceptions) and you must choose the best team (hint!) for a summit photo finish. Cannot say enough about our team and their infectious enthusiasm and positivity. Although we spent more face time with our summit guides we have a special shout out to our chefs (trained by the CIA………Culinary institute of America) , Malack and Athuman, for delicious meals and snacks served by Kileo with a million dollar smile, on spotless stoneware dishes made possible by Alex Ngatunga. Just think about the effort it takes to make this possible ! Our thanks to Emmanuel who catered the porters meals too. Alex Mkongwe and David Chalambo made our portable toilet a safe and hygienic luxury I would absolutely recommend. Of course each camp site needs to be flat on the general incline of Kilimanjaro. Campmasters Deo Kombe and Wenzeslaus Kessy chose safe campsites with incredible views. Thank you! John, Jonas, Joseph and Elineema for the guys and Catherine, Magreth, Amri for the ladies made everyday an adventure on the trail and they had our backs with every step. Their encouragement and energetic songs were vital during summit night. Descending from the summit flanked by John and Jonas and moving as one unit was thrilling and yet safer than stumbling in the gravel path. We had a need for de ascension at night and owe a debt of gratitude to Kibacha and his team for a safe and healthy conclusion. Our sincere gratitude to the many individuals whom we have not mentioned by name who helped fulfill our mission. Amazing Expedition- Altezza - We started the Lemosho Trail 8 day trip which was excellent in getting us prepared for the summit attempt. The staff was experienced and considerate of every aspect of our trip - health checks, camp set up, dining service and mid trail tea! As they would say this our dream and they are ther to help us achieve it. I personally had a knee issue that they were made aware of and they were so helpful in coaching me on how to best to maneuver the different terrain to reduce the possibility of re-injuring my knee. Knee is great thanks to Altezza staff. Great staff - guides, porters, chef and camp boss. TIPS 1) Take your dimox. 2) bring hiking poles 3) bring the right cold weather gear 4) trust your guides 5) use Altezza travel for an amazing experience

The best and safest group to plan the trek to Kilimanjaro. - The service was excellent from all the staff. Especially the camp chief providing help with our equipment. Each of the guides were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and attentive going up the mountain. I especially appreciate the their daily medical checks. I felt confident in their accessment of your condition to make the summit. Special thank you to all the porters on the crew, they are all hard workers and each was attentive to our needs. Beside the amazing terrain and views I want to give high praise to the Altezza travel the entire staff from communicating from the beginning, during and after the trek. They are number 1.
