Kilimanjaro Climbing With The Best - In September 2024 we successfully ascended to Uhuru Peak, the summit of Kilimanjaro with guide Omery and Said. I appreciate the work that went into planning this successful trip done by Jackson our contact in Tanzania. He also doubles up as the manager of the local operator. He was easy to talk to and quickly understood what we were looking for, and planned our itinerary around it. He assigned a professional and able crew to support our effort and they did very well. They ensure that we were safe at all times, we had excellent food that was prepared by Priva our amazing cook. His meals are really delicious. He made sure that the portions were plentiful and balanced. We were provided with a good comfortable all weather tent, clean snugly sleeping bags and the other equipment was in excellent condition. We enjoyed the whole trip and when we finally reached the summit we were over the moon with joy. Kindly note that the course is tough and requires mental and physical strength, this coupled with a good crew behind you to ensure that you are safe, healthy and welfare is looked after. Successful Kilimanjaro Summit. - Planning our trek with Jackson was easy and we got to learn so much about Kilimanjaro even before we arrived in Tanzania. When we arrived we found everything to be actually better than it had been described in the itinerary. We found the hike to be very fulfilling, tougher than we had anticipated but very rewarding. I have to mention our crew because they were excellent. Their unwavering support is the reason we reached the summit safely and in pretty good shape. Excellent Support Climbing Kilimanjaro - It has taken us six months to plan this trip to Tanzania with my husband. We had to postpone twice because of work related emergencies. Jackson was flexible and graciously accommodated our changes. We booked the 8 day Machame route and have made memories of a lifetime. We had guides Paul and Marko with us. This was our first trip to Africa and were treated like royalty. The service levels by the crew was exceptionally high. No effort was spared in making us comfortable and succeed on our summit challenge. The food was excellent. Our cook Priva prepared excellent dishes which were a unifying point for the climbing party. Our tent was excellent, waterproof and we had comfy sleeping bags. The trek pushed us to our limits and almost gave up were it not for the encouragement from Paul and Marko. Kilimanjaro Summit Via Lemosho - We had an epic experience in Tanzania, trekking up Kilimanjaro up the Lemosho route. I would recommend the route as it has the best summit success rate and we enjoyed very spectacular views from the trail. The guides and porters were professional, friendly and well experienced on taking climbers to the summit. They took excellent care of us, and we remained comfortable, well nourished and in good health. We learnt a so much from the crew. Swahili, local songs...... and it was fun to be with this crew. Reaching the summit was not easy, it was particularly tough on the summit night when we had to go in the dark and cold. We both made it to the summit and we owe it to the crew. Great Safari Over Christmas - Jackson and Makariot made our recent safari trip to Tanzania special. We had worked with Jackson to put together a private safari for my boyfriend and I plus two of our best friends. He had come up with an amazing itinerary to visit Tarnagire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater then finish off with a day trek on Kilimanjaro. Makariot is an incredible guide, he helped us get to see all the animals in our wishlist. I was happy that we went with camps and lodges that Jackson's suggested because they were all fantastic. Hike on Kilimanjaro - Maua Adventures was very good choise. When we hiked on Kilimanjaro we have a very good servise. The guides were very experienced, nice and helpful. The other members of crew were very nice and they provide us perfect servise. We had enoght water, had a lot of meals like 3 times a day, had clean tent. We had the tents always in the best part of the camp, if it was a possible. I means to see sunrise, be close to the toalet, etc. When we were tired, they helped us with daily pack. They were like a family. Before and after the hike the Maua managed for me beautiful trips which I ordered only day before. I visited a safary and also beautiful waterfall and local coffee factory. No problem with everything. And the emploees of the company were very helpful and nice in every situation.

Amazing experience - My sister, my friend and I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with the company Maua Adventures. Choosing this agency was a hit! Already at the stage of arranging the details by e-mail you get a very positive impression of the company. Jackson patiently answered a lot of questions from my side. When we landed in Tanzania, he was already waiting for us at the airport, from where he immediately transported us to the hotel. Our equipment is checked, missing things can be rented on the spot. As for the expedition itself, we were all very impressed with the organisation of the whole team. The guide Omary imposed the pace of the march, telling us various interesting stories on the way. Every day we had our saturation checked and were asked how we were feeling. There were a few emergencies during our expedition and the guys handled each one with ease.
