- Kyteler’s Inn - Each guest will have a tasting mat of 4 x20cl of hand picked whiskey that show case Irish Whiskey. The barman on hand will pop over to explain the selection of whiskeys, why they were chosen and how to sample them. Learn about Single Malts and Blends, the origins of whiskey and how Kilkenny claims to have documented the first distillation around 700 years ago. Set up and explanation of whiskeys takes 10-15minutes. You are then free to enjoy the whiskeys at your own leisure. Take as long as you need

Wonderful time doing both the Whiskey Tasting and the Irish Coffee tasting - My husband and I came for the Irish Coffee tasting and had such a great time we asked to add on the whiskey tasting. Highly recommend Both! JD is such a wonderful host and knows a lot about coffee, whiskey and Kyteler's. Will definitely stop by again the next time we are in Kilkenny.
