Ask for Cal as your jaunting guide - Our Killarney adventure was an absolute dream! We started with a jaunting car ride, a truly unique experience. Our driver, Cal, was a treasure trove of local knowledge and Irish history. His passion for the area was infectious, and his stories brought the past to life. We were so impressed that we sought him out a few days later in town, and he was just as charming, offering us invaluable tips for our motorcycle journey. The boat tour was the perfect complement to the jaunting car. Gliding across the tranquil waters of Killarney Lake, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, was pure magic. The mountains mirrored in the still water, the lush greenery, and the sense of peace were simply indescribable. It's one of those experiences that stays with you long after you've left. We can't recommend this combo tour enough!

A Wonderful way to spend a morning - What a wonderful tour of the Lake of Learning. Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Be sure to get a window seat that opens or head to the back to take window free pictures. The Jaunting Carts, driven by the 6th generation Tangney Family, ambled through Muckross House and Gardens as we made our way back to the hotel. What a special way to travel.

Perfect Duo - We started the tour with the boat ride, which was relaxing and educational. It was easy embarking and disembarking. The heated interior provided welcome warmth against the slight chill. Windows could be opened, plus you could retire to the back of the Lily for open air viewing. Lewis and Debbie served as our jaunting car team. It was a lovely ride through the park with Lewis providing an informative commentary. This is my second ride in a jaunting cart and notice our ride with Lewis and Debbie was much smoother. Kudos to both,

Lovely Boat Trip - A really lovely boat trip! The guide was very knowledgeable and funny, he kept us engaged throughout. Also a super comfortable boat, it keeps the elements at bay whether its sunny or cold! Very much worth the ticket price, thank you!

Put it on your bucket list. - Took the Lily of Killarney Tour only. Absolute great experience with Cathal as tour guide an Aisling who greeted us getting on the boat. Cathal kept it interesting for the whole hour with his vast knowledge of the islands, his folklore tales an jokes. It was great value for money an would highly recommend it to anyone of any age. Just unfortunate I can only give 5 stars. 10/10.

1 hour very well spent - We took a trip on the boat tour and it was excellent. Really good value for money and the tour guide was extremely pleasant. His knowledge of the lakes and the area was very impressive and communicated equally impressively. Would highly recommend.

Great way to spend the morning. - Excellent trip. A very relaxing hour. Danny was very informative and had the perfect mix of telling us about the points of interest around the lake but also allowing us to take in the spectacular scenery.

Relaxing and Picturesque - Lovely relaxing hour around Lough Leane, the largest of the three lakes in Killarney. Nicely paced, plenty of chances for photos. Tour guide Cathal very informative , easy going and approachable. Assistant Aisling was friendly also. The boat is spacious and comfortable. So nice to be by the water especially in warm weather. Got a chance to see the infamous White Tailed Eagles that are around the area. A chick by the shore and an adult gliding from tree to tree The info provided was mainly about flora and fauna, islands, legends etc. Some more info would've been nice to keep things flowing but as I said the guides welcomed any questions. I would definitely recommend.
