An awesome and spiritual experience - A wonderful silent trek through Stony Hill with only the sounds of a flute by a yoga instructor. We stopped only to appreciate the wonder of nature and to have tea and water at stalls placed along the way. We ended the morning having yoga beside the water. On our trek back to base we stopped to have lunch in the middle of nowhere again so tastefully prepared by Bianca and her team, drank coconuts, ate cane and got peppers from the "Ras" shop.
