Mount Bisoke hike and transfer to Bwindi National Park
Mount Bisoke - Early breakfast at your lodge and head to Kinigi headquarters for briefing. Hiking mount Bisoke takes one day, and is a tough hike requiring good fitness. By 7:30 Am you set off in your cars and transfer to the head trail starting point of the hike. From here you get hiking sticks and it’s necessary to hire a porter to carry your backpack. you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the crater lake at the top of the volcano. Later return to your lodge and thereafter head to the border, after clearing we will proceed to Bwindi.

Gorilla trekking and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Lake Bunyonyi - After an early morning breakfast, walk to the park headquarters for briefing on the do’s and don’ts during gorilla tracking and thereafter you will proceed to the gorilla trail. Gorilla tracking normally lasts between 2 to 8 hours or even a day to encounter the gorillas. However, you will be allowed to stay in the presence of these awesome apes for at least an hour. It is advisable that you carry packed lunch, which will be provided, as one cannot determine how long it may take to encounter the mountain gorillas. Later transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, the drive will be through a beautiful part of the country often referred to as ‘the Switzerland of Africa’ because of its unique cool weather despite being near the Equator. This lake is said to be one of the most beautiful places in western Uganda. It is the second deepest lake in Africa [900 meters deep] and also one of the few places in the country where it is considered safe to swim as it is bilharzias free. Dinner and overnight will be at:
Lake Bunyonyi tour and transfer back to Kigali
Kigali - After breakfast, you will take a boat ride on this lake tour different islands, before we head to another border this time Katuna border to cross to Rwanda, upon reaching will do Kigali City tour starting off with Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre visit.
