A Beautiful and Delicious Day in Kinsale! - Four of us had only a day to explore Kinsale, and we were very fortunate to have chosen this tour. First and foremost, our tour guide Kerry couldn’t have been nicer, more interesting, and more knowledgeable! Each of our five stops offered a different tasting experience - in each case, a table was waiting for us and we were offered a special selection of delightful food and drink. The tastings were all very local and very fresh, and memorable. In between stops, we were able to explore the beautiful and historic Kinsale in a relaxed fashion, with Kerry’s warm conversation and informative descriptions. Definitely the best way we could have spent our day in Kinsale!

So much more than a food tour… - I wish there was a way to rate this as a “10-star” excursion — it was one of the best tours I had during my entire two-week trip to Ireland. Our tour guide was Amanda. She will likely begin her spiel telling you she’s a sort/kinda introvert — don’t believe her for a minute! She’s outgoing, funny, friendly, warm, and just a joy to be around! She kept us moving and laughing for the entire tour. The food? Yes, the food! Sausage rolls, Irish coffees, seafood, cheeses, chocolates…each at a different restaurant ranging from historic sites to new places — a perfect balance of new age and old school. I’m not going to ruin the surprise, but I will tell you to have your phones to set record video when you make the cheeseboard stop…that’s all I’m saying! Pro tip: At St. Multose Church, double-dare Amanda to pull the bell tower rope!

Amazing Experience - Amanda was an amazing guide! She brought the history of Kinsale and Ireland to life in an interesting and delightful fashion. The food experience was amazing and she accentuated that with her explanations and narrative. It is undoubtedly the best food tour or, any kind of tour for that matter, that I have ever experienced and Amanda made it incredible
