Outstanding - Captain Brian was cheerful and gave thorough narratives of the history and lore. First mate Alf was cuddled by all. The idea of a personal tour with 5 family members is priceless. The boat is perfect size and comfortable. Loved it. Loved it. Loved it!!!

Kinsale Harbour Boat Tour - This was a very pleasant and informative boat trip around Kinsale Harbour and up part of the Bandon river. Brian, the Skipper who is an ex Merchant Navy Officer was very professional in terms of safety requirements and navigation while still conducting a very entertaining commentary on the natural and maritime history of the various points of the harbour as we cruised past ensuring everyone on board enjoyed themselves.

Best day of the summer! - We had the best time with Brian on the boat tour in Kinsale. Weather was idyllic & Brian couldn’t have done more for us. The highlight for us was getting the chance to haul lobster pots & we even caught some mackerel with the rods provided for us onboard. All in all an excellent day out & would highly recommend to anybody visiting the beautiful town of Kinsale.

Rnli steam men run 2024 - Brian and Alfie were the most pleasant person(and dog) to be on the boat with. I contacted Brian to bring a load of steam engine drivers(mostly from uk and up country ireland)on a day break tour from a run we were doing for the rnli. To say that nothing was an issue was an understatement. The time was given and he was there, the crew raved about Brian, his knowledge of the local area and the hospitality they were given on board. I cannot recommend this asset to kinsale highly enough being from kinsale myself, just top class. A must do if visiting kinsale. Have the crack, see the sights, bring a few beers if you want and Brian will entertain. Even throw a rod and catch a few fish while your at it. Top class, not 1 person on the boat had a bad word to say about the experience.

Best Boat Tour Ever! - My friends and I booked the most memorable tour with Brian and Alfie this summer. Brian is an amazing tour guide, with so much knowledge of Kinsale. We got to go fishing, meet some seals and haul lobster pots. Best experience we had in Kinsale. Thank you so much Brian, and of course his fury first mate Alfie. A must do for Kinsale! Kinsale Wellness on Water is fab - We had an absolutely brilliant day on the boat. Besides the scenery, the whole history of Kinsale comes alive because Brian Roberts is so passionate about it. You feel you’re part of King James’s flotilla when it arrived on the beach in Castlepark. You can see the craftsmanship when you’re up close to Charles Fort and hearing all about the trade links that Kinsale had back in the day was spellbinding. Even the West Cork pirates got a mention….Brian was brilliant. It was a work gig and already the lads are booking it for next summer to enjoy with their family and friends. Seeing Kinsale from the water is a must too and what better way to do it. Highly recommend! Book it!

Great activity in Kinsale - I would 100% recommend this tour, its perfect for families, groups of friends, couples.. a great way to see kinsale, hear about the history, catch some fish and lobster.. We had a great afternoon with Brian and Alfie!

Very memorable boat tour - A wonderful Sunday afternoon spent in the company of Brian and his adorable dog Alfie. Brian is a wealth of knowledge on the local area with so many interesting stories and facts, he's a great character very friendly and makes you feel at home from the minute you step aboard and I even got to man the wheel!!. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS !!! - What a trip.. Brian & his Co pilot Alfie the dog took on a really enjoyable trip of kinsale harbour. We even picked up crap for our dinner from lobster pots. A 1st for my son. He still talks about it.. would highly recommend this trip. And if you have 6 or 7 in a group . It’s actually great value.. A+ for us
