Mount Batur jeep tour and hot springs - Amazing trip and service!! Begonk was a brilliant driver on time collecting and dropping us off!! Raka drove us in his jeep, played brilliant music and took amazing pics of us!! 10/10 experience

Mount Batur Jeep sunrise tour - It’s advertised wrong. This should be named the Mount Batur jeep Sunrise tour. I purchased because mainly of the wording of full day hot spring which The hot spring was not included. The jeep experience was absolutely amazing. My driver Komang was awesome. He was very informative and assisted with capturing some very special moments with the sunrise. He also assisted us with getting to the hot springs although it was not included as stated. I would definitely recommend Komang.

Really nice trip - The trip was really enjoyable. We were a group of 7 people (3 jeeps) and had a great time. The terrain was really bumpy at times but really worth it for the views and scenery.
Our drivers where really friendly and very helpful, they took us a lot of pictures and made the trip more fun.

Highly recommended - Had a fantastic service and experience from our tour guide Made. Made is an excellent driver compared to all the other drivers we have had during this holiday. We were all really comfortable in a clean and comfortable car. Not only that but he is very kind and can communicate in English adequately. The sunrise experience was definitely worth it. From going through the jungle upwards, to seeing the sunrise. It was all amazing. Outwith the sunrise experience, we hired Made to take us around different areas of Bali. He was very accommodating and we definitely enjoyed the time we had in Bali. Highly recommended.

Liburan - Highly recommended tour. Our driver Jenar picked us up from Uluwatu at 3am in the morning where we headed off to Mt Batur. We were transferred to our jeep driver Made which then drove us up the mountain to experience sunrise, and then proceed to check out the black lava area. After Mt Batur, Jenar then brought us to visit the Coffee Plantation, Penglipuran Village and Tukad Cepung Waterfall. Both Jenar and Made were friendly, we chatted and they also took plenty of nice pictures for us. Was a great experience.

Volcanic Relaxation - The whole experience was seamless and fuss free. Customer service representatives were responsive and efficient. There were no hiccups from booking to the end of the trip. Mr Putu, my driver, was punctual, service-oriented and helpful. When ask questions about culture and custom, he was knowledgeable and explained patiently to us. This is a package to get if you want a fuss free and relaxing trip!
