Mountain trek, hot springs, breakfast and coffee experience - Amazing experience with the guide (Wayan Budiawan) and driver (Putu Anton) Picked up in a very clean and comfy car. Met the guide and enjoyed the walk up the Moutain with torch and walking stick given to us straight away. There was also an option for an easy or hard route when going up. During the walk the guide took incredible pictures on his own accord and even helped out with the settings on my phone that I wasn’t even aware of. Given some food and drink at the top of the Moutain which was a nice treat. (Monkeys also greeted us) We did enjoy the breakfast at a nice restaurant, swam in hot springs and we added the coffee experience to the end which was equally nice. Me and my partner would 100% do it again

Perfect Day Trip - We had a fabulous tour by this company. Gede was great in the lead up, very responsive and everything was confirmed by Whatsapp the day before. Putu our driver also touched base the day before and called to advise when he was in the lobby. Putu was super friendly and was always ready for us, never left us waiting. The trek itself was such an amazing experience. JRO was our guide, he regularly checked in to make sure we were having a good time and even gave us an option on different routes to take as some were more difficult then others. JRO secured us prime spot at the summit as there was hundreds of other tourists up there too and took us to the best photo spots ahead of the crowd and took many photos. Thanks team for a memorable experience for our honeymoon!

Sunrise Trekking - Worth Every Second of it. Really fun. Met really nice people along the way, as for the tour guides we're fantastic. Shout out to melly for being an amazing tour guide. I would definitely do it again next time I visit and would recommend it to others as well whether their travelling solo or as a family.

Great view, great company - Amazing tour with our guide Wayan Budiawan and our driver Wayan Sileb. The view is great and to speak with nice local people makes the whole even better.

Amazing experience from start to finish!n - We had a fantastic morning trekking Mt Batur with our guide JRO. On the way up, he gave us the choice of the route we could take based on difficulty, regularly checked in to see if we needed a break and gave us a hand with the steeper, rockier parts. At the top, he prepared us a well needed coffee and breakfast and gave us all the time we needed to take in the stunning views. It is busy up there but JRO took us to the quieter parts to take photos / videos of us which was appreciated. It’s also worth noting that communication leading up to the trek was great - I accidentally booked the sunset trip to begin with and Gede was quick to reply to my email and change it. The day before, he confirmed details with me over WhatsApp and Putu our driver also got in touch in case we needed to reach him on the day. Putu was very friendly, on time for the morning pick up and was waiting for us when we finished the trek. Overall, an amazing experience with this company and the views at the top make it well worth the early start. Thank you!

Mt Batur sunrise hike - The trip was good. Our guide Wayan was good and explained a lot. He also helped us with the last part of the climb. Great sunset view at the top & great pics at the top. Not to mention the coffee and breakfast on the top was fantastic. Overall very good and highly recommended.

Highly Recommended! - I would recommend this experience to everyone!! Our guide for the hike and our driver Putu were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Me and partner found the hike fairly easy and we were encouraged by our guide to take as many breaks as we needed. The breakfast was lovely and the coffee plantation was such a great added touch. Both Putu and our guide got some beautiful photos which we can keep forever. Thank you to them both for an perfect day!

Excellent Experience! - If you are in any doubt, this was our favourite Bali experience. The driver Putu Pande was very friendly, and his car was very comfortable on the way there and back. We started the hike at approximately 4am from the “middle” start, not right at the bottom as we are not all experienced hikers. It was 1.5 hours and the route was good, you can see the nearby mountains over the cloud line. Wayan Budiawan made the trip for us, a very friendly guide and helped us safely and to take at our own pace when needed. His photography and video skills were top notch and the company even stitched together a video for us just an hour or 2 after finishing. Would certainly recommend this company and these two people we met to anyone! Thank you for our experience

Bloody Brilliant - Absolute brilliant experience. Even though I got unlucky with cloud coverage on Mt Batur, the experience I had was unmatched. I have done Mt Batur previously through a different company, and they don't hold a candle to these guys. Highly recommend it, the breakfast was amazing and was perfect for me as a solo traveller, but I could imagine the experience being even better with others

The Best! Great Operator, Great People. - First class service in everything. My family and I regularly travel to Bali and decided to do this tour to celebrate my 50th Birthday. Communication from Gede at the outset was very responsive. Putu Anton our driver messaged us the night before to confirm our pickup time. His car was new well air conditioned and Putu is an excellent safe driver, who drives those roads everyday. He is also very friendly. Our guide on the trek Wayan Budiawan greeted us at the bottom of Mt Batur provided us with trekking poles, headlamps, and bottled water, and during our ascent gave us options of “easy” or “more challenging” paths. Upon making it to the ascent, Wayan secured us prime viewing spots (it does get busy) and served us hot coffee and boiled eggs which were great as it does start getting a little cold awaiting the sunrise once you stop moving. What you don’t read in their website is Wayan is a brilliant photographer/videographer with an iPhone and we now have about 80 print/frame worthy images to remember my birthday. After descending and saying goodbye to Wayan, Putu took us to breakfast at a spectacular location overlooking the Caldera and volcanoes. The restaurant is new with a blend of western and local food which was served promptly. The eggs Benedict was delicious. A final nice touch was Putu arranged a cake and he, my family, and the restaurant staff all sang happy birthday. A+++++. Wonderful people, wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this tour which the family will remember forever.
