A trip worth going - It was an excellent and a once in a life time experience. We had our pick up at about 02.30 - 03.00 in the morning. Mr Komang our driver was dot on time. Usually in Indonesia, all the guides communicate using whatsapp and it is very easy. Everyone is on time and it is upto us to be ready and get picked up. He drove us safely to the starting point of the Volcano Jeep Tour. Our Jeep driver was also a great guy. He helped taking some awesome photographs of us. After enjoying the sunrise, we went ahead to view the lava rock formation area. The guide was patient until we took all photos. The place where they stopped for breakfast was also great. It had a great view of the mountain and lake and was picture perfect. The food was also good.

Nice adventure - An early adventure to mount batur with a jeep was wonderful we arrived on top of mount batur it was still dark ,when the sun rise it's magic

Worth it - Extremely fun activity that made waking up early worthwhile! Had a great driver (Nyoman) who was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about the area itself. Overall, a must try experience!

Fantastic Batur experience - I absolutely loved this experience! Well worth the 2am pick up. My driver Kadek Moto was excellent! So helpful and friendly. My Private Guide Warsana War was absolutely fantastic! In the dark it’s quite a difficult climb at times scrambling up rocks. He held my hand and ensured I was safe and ok. We stopped along the way for water breaks and rest. He was so happy and obligingly and grateful to be of service. I just cannot recommend highly enough! 🙏🙏

Wow - What an incredible experience!! The hike was very difficult but well worth it in the end. Our driver kadek moyo was very friendly and very experienced, he helped us with many questions we had regarding our trip. Highly recommend requesting him. Overall, the tour is a must do! It was very tiring but sooooo worth it. Watching the sunrise was phenomenal and a really beautiful photo opportunity. The hot springs were perfect after the hike.

An amazing hike - A quick hike to th mountain to see the sunrise, I was picked up late night by the Amazing driver komang who took me to the meeting point and I started hiking Go early as it gets really crowded and you won't have space, then I went to the hot spri ga the regular one is amazi g and it's included in your itinera5 with a free drink. Visit to Mount Batur - Me and my boyfriend went trekking on Mount Batur to watch the Sunrise. All the details were arranged by whatsapp and our driver Kadek was already waiting for us at the arranged time. He took us to the company first to pay and get the gear and drove us right to the start point of the trekking (it saved us 1 hour walking on the road just to get to the base of the hicke). Then we met our guide Sana which very patiently lead us to the top (with a few stops to breathe on the way). As we had already done the following activities, our driver managed to take us to other places we wanted to see. Overall very good experience.

Excellent tour!! Recommended, Komang Adi was an exceptional guide - Could not recommend this tour enough !!! Our driver Komang Adi, picked us promptly at our 2am pick up time and took us straight to the volcano, where we met our guide. Komang and our guide where very helpful with the climb and we reached the summit quite quickly. It’s best to wear several layers for this type of climbs as you can get quite hot whilst trekking but at the summit it’s quite cold. Once at the top we had an amazing view of the sunrise and our guide navigated us down a different way down so there was no crowds. We reached the hot springs and Komang told us of a couple of different locations and let us choose which one we wanted to go to, and patiently waited for us until we were finished. He then drove us to the coffee plantation, where we got to sample several different types of coffee, there was no additional charge for this but it’s nearly impossible to not buy some goodies from their shop !! We finished our day at the rice terrace where we were given the options to try our the Bali swing they have there. We were also walked around the terrace and shown the best place to take pictures !! The car we travelled round in was spacious and comfortable with the added benefit of WiFi on board. A well needed breakfast was provided for us when we reached the top of the volcano as well which was excellent!! Cannot recommend this tour enough, a must if visiting Bali.

Mt Batur climb with hot springs - We had a morning pick up arranged for 1am, our driver/ guide was ready and waiting for us. Dedik was very friendly and helpful and we seemed to be the first to arrive at the car park and met our walking guide. I forget his name as it was very early he was also very friendly and very helpful. We powered up the mountain and were the first to arrive at the summit apart from the guides. It was freezing and blowing a gale. Defiantly take trousers jumper or jacket. They have blankets to hire for 50/60,000 rph which we defiantly needed. We headed straight back down after sunrise to beat the large crowd that had gathered on the top. We got back down and Dedik took us a short drive to the hot springs which were very nice we got a drink included and and chilled for a bit untill we then left to the luwak coffee house where we were greeted by a lovely very helpful lady who talked us through our selection of teas and coffees that were mostly very nice. And talked us through all of the coffee/ tea/ spices etc. As far as I can tell there was no obligation to pay for any thing here and you would still receive the tasting selection, however we did buy our favourites and she took pictures for us in there lovely location. Dedik then took us home, a good 2 hours back to Seminyak. He and all of the people we dealt with were very nice and helpful. Breakfast not the best, we didn’t get our coffees, it gets very busy at the top, very cold at the top, it’s a long way ( over 2 hours from the hotel) not their fault just so you are aware. Also quite expensive, we paid £34 through the website for driving and had to pay 1100000 rph for the mountain/ guide and another 360000 for the springs. All in all a good trip
