- Batur Natural Hotspring - For those who booked the combo with the hot spring option, after returning from Mount Batur, you can enjoy a soak in the natural hot spring, which originates from the Batur volcano. The water temperature is approximately 35-37 degrees. You will experience the soothing effects of the hot spring while being surrounded by the beautiful views of Lake Batur and its Caldera. You can stay here for 1-2 hours.

Thoughtful Driver - We were given a heads up by the driver, Kadek Arcana of his arrival time. He was very friendly and proficient in English, which made it easier to have a conversation. Kadek was also very thoughtful throughout the journey to Mount Batur.

Great volcanic trip - Wayan se driver is very polite, pleased to have him serving us, very timely and friendly👍🏻loaded us all day, from 2am to 9am more, worth giving him a five-star favor!

- cheerful and sociable. very good experience on offroad. Excellent choice to park Jeep to see sunrise. Adorable feeling of photogtaphy. Much help to make a lot of perfect photos .

Recommend! - Me and my friends highly recommend this tour! We had a fantastic morning with our two drivers, Jero Kadec Arcana and Nyoman Sarda! Jero picked us up from the hotel and drove us back when we were done. He always made sure we were comfortable and even took us to a coffee plantation on the way back 🤩 Nyoman drove us up Mount Batur in the Jeep and took so many beautiful pictures of us! He was incredibly patient with us, a great driver and so sweet 😊

Such an adventure! - The view & the sunrise from Mount Batur was incredible and it was such an adventure to drive with a Jeep.
The driver Jow was so nice & told us so many interesting things. He even took the best photos ever!
Cahyadi picked us up at 4am in the morning & made sure we arrive safely to our destination and back.

The best tour I ever had - I like the way Jero Kadek Arcana and Komang Suta do things and very professional, and we feel like we are taken care of so well ! I hopefully to do it again with same people ! They are the best !

Great experience, 10/10! - The views were incredible! “Kadek” our first driver was superb, drives very well ,was very helpful and friendly at all times! Our Jeep guides Jerokembar and mangku suka were also amazing, always making sure we were well taken care of!
Super recommend this excursion with them!

Loved the experience, despite being poorly prepared! - Our guides Jow and Jero were incredible! I was not very well prepared for the trek and they were both very helpful. Few things to realize during rainy season is it can be slippery so good shoes are a must/bring a walking stick or poles, there are black flies everywhere so long pants and sleeves if that sort of thing annoys you and make sure to bring lots of water. Overall we had a wonderful experience and learned a lot about the area from our knowledgeable guides.

Jeep tour - Great tour viewing the sunrise at Mount Batur. Our jeep driver Jow did a great job of driving us to the viewing point, taking our photos and then taking us to the lava fields. Thanks Jow!

sunrise tour from airport - My driver Jero Kadek Arcana exact time at the airport. He drove us from airport to mt.Batur and drop us in ubud hotel safely. He is such a good driver and kind to us. We had a nice journey!
