I was completely satisfied, the guide was helpful, he knew and explained everything I was interested in, he paid a lot of attention to me if we could continue and if we had everything we needed, he arranged a blanket for us even though we had no money and gave us beautiful photos. his level of English is better than mine. very nice person and I can recommend further. thank you for your attention I would also like to write about our trip the couple who drove us was great, the journey was safe and fast. after the trip they took us to the places we wanted, they were very nice and we really enjoyed the whole day with them, it was perfect . Morning hike - Our guide was helpful and friendly. Very good and knowledgeable. The whole day including hike, hot springs and coffee tour was well planned and well executed. We felt safe and genuinely happy.

I want to repeat this day!😍 - We spent 1 day searching for a worthwhile excursion and chose this tour. It was important to us - so that there is no deception and requests to pay additional money - to be picked up from the hotel and brought back to it after the end of the tour - so that the price is good (the price for this tour is really the best of all prices) - so that the guide with whom we will walk on the volcano does not rush us, takes us around the entire crater (many guides stop at only one point, and then go down after dawn) We were picked up from the hotel at 2 am, the atmosphere was super friendly, Jack turned out to be a very cheerful and kind guy who answered every question we had and told us interesting things about Bali. We were brought to Batur volcano around 4 am. Jack gave the two of us a good guide and said he would be waiting for us when we returned. We walked with a guide to the first sunrise point. The guide took his time, provided us with free water, let us rest, and was very kind. He took a bunch of photos above and made us a delicious free breakfast (I think our breakfast was the most interesting of all the other breakfasts). Then we began to walk around the entire crater and take photos, the guide was very patient, he even wanted to show us how to cook an egg using the steam from the volcano, but on this day the steam was not hot enough and we would have to wait a long time, so we decided not to waste time and went further to explore the crater. We walked around it all, took a bunch of photos, it was exactly what we needed. I didn't expect everything to be so good. I am very grateful to Jack for organizing the tour, for his honesty and simplicity. Not a bit of stress, I'm happy.

Amazing sunrise Jeep experience! - Morning Sunrise Jeep Trek experience - could not have asked for a better experience! Our driver (Jack) fetched us on time at 03h15 with a peaceful morning drive to Mount Batur. At base camp, we didn’t wait long and were collected by our jeep driver (Jero Gaplong) who took us up the mountain. A bumpy but fun drive in the dark up the mountain and Gaplong secured us the best look out point! A small breakfast with true Bali coffee while waiting for sunrise. Gaplong was literally taking photos from every angle and created the most amazing content! We then proceeded to the Black Lava site where more amazing photos and videos were taken. Gaplong took us back to base camp and we didn’t wait at all for Jack to collect us again. Last stop was the coffee plantation in Tampaksiring. Where we had a free tasting and tour through the coffee plantation. Got some coffee for the road. All in all, these guys showed extreme kindness and were so ready to give us a meaningful experience. If you’re looking to get this experience without the hiking bit, this is truly worth your money. Their pricing was the best by far and we honestly could not have had a better experience. Beautiful experience - Definitely recommend this hike for anyone seeking fun activities on Bali. It takes nearly 2 hours to get to the top, the way can be quite steep but there are multiple stops along the way to rest. I would not go during a rainy day as the mud can get pretty slippery - don't forget good shoes. Once you get to the top, you get warm breakfast and you wait for the sunrise. The views that comes with sunrise are really beautiful and absolutely worth it! On the top you can walk around to see landscape from more sides of the mountain (careful as it is quite narrow) as well as volcanic springs and monkeys - if you are lucky. Expect lots of people on the way down.

Terrifying, exhilarating and divine 🙌🏻 The guide was very knowledgeable and calm and managed to get us through it even under severe weather conditions. We are exhausted but in bliss, totally worth it

Great efperience with such a nice guide! - Really easy to book, arrange and I could set everything from one day to the next! Alun the guide was really nice and had a great chat! Also the views at the top were great, must do, a plus if you have Alun as a guide!

Great trip! - A must-do in Bali! Our guide was great at making the whole experience super easy. We were collected and dropped off at our accommodation and he was very quick to reply to messages or concerns. The hike itself is somewhat challenging, with some steep declines coming downhill, but definitely worth it for the views at the top! You’re also provided with with a breakfast of banana sandwiches and boiled eggs at the top as a reward from the walk! From this, we went to a coffee plantation where we were able to taste a range of Balinese coffee and teas, with the chance to purchase on site from the organic shop. An all round great experience!

Nice tour at Mount Batur - The tour was nice and the breakfast on top of the mountain was very good ! I enjoyed the beautiful sunrise although there was so many other tourists. It was sometimes not the easiest to communicate in English with the guides, but they were very nice and we still managed to understand each other.
