Great trip - highly recommended - We had Komo as our transfer and he was exceptional from the beginning - very punctual and kind, we felt very at ease straight away. He also helped us with any questions we had about our Bali trip in general. Laga was our guide up the mountain, he was very informative and again we felt comfortable with him. The tour guides/ transfers make or break these trips & they definitely made ours!!

Mount Batur - Murti and ketut are good drivers. We had a nice experience. We got to see the sunrise but was a little cloudy. We also got to see the volcanic rocks.

Awesome tour organizer - As a digital nomad couple, this was a perfect way to spend the day. We saw the beautiful sunrise, relaxed in the hot springs, and enjoyed coffee/tea. Absolutely worth the money! Ary was a fantastic host, extremely friendly and helpful the entire trip! Highly recommend.

Sunrise and breakfast - We were very lucky to have Mr Diana as our jeep driver, guide & photographer for this tour. He helped took so many beautiful photos. beautiful stars, watching stunning sunrise while enjoying breakfast. We will come Bali again soon.

Can't recommend enough - Our trip to Mount Batur, exploring the black lava fields and soaking in the hot springs, was nothing short of amazing. The entire experience was breathtaking, but what truly set it apart was the incredible photographer and driver who accompanied us, Dewa. The photos he captured were simply stunning and became one of the highlights of our journey.

Such a fantastic interaction - We had a fantastic time on this tour! Our driver, Dewa, made sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the day. The trip came with lots of nice pictures courtesy of our driver, insider travel tips and good fun facts to takeaway about Bali. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to have a good time exploring Mt Batur and Ubud :)

Do not do this tour on rainy season (Dec to April) - Unfortunately, december to april is rainy ssason in Bali. The ‘suzuki jeep driver’ told us that its been raining almost everymorning in Mt Batur for more than a month now. But surprisingly, he didn’t add a cover to his jeep or brought an umbrella like other jeep drivers we saw in our batch. His front passenger seat is even broken so none of us can use that so we end up soaked!! We can buy a poncho but it didn’t even occurred to him that he needs to have a cover on his suzuki to protect his clients. Its not woth to to go to Mt Batur during these months as u won’t see sunrise or enjoy the ride.
Moreover, we expected that our ride is a ‘jeep’ not old suzuki.
The good thing in this tour is the hot springs; we really enjoyed it.
