Worth every penny - It was fun and exciting adventure trip. The ride going to Mt Batur was exhilarating. The Jeep driver was funny and excellent in driving. The tour guide was accommodating.

Something different! - The black sand experience was something unique! Too bad we weren't able to see much of the sunset since it was cloudy that day we went up. But the trip was still worth it with the beautiful views we got from the mountain.

Best excursion - We had an amazing trip! Our guide, Dangka, was very knowledgeable and helped us get the most out of our experience! He made sure we were comfortable and having fun the entire time. We would absolutely recommend this tour to others! Thx tou so much

Great itinerary - An incredible experience! First our driver Gusti is adorable he took us back to the mountain. Then Komang our jeep driver came to pick us up and took us to see the famous viewpoint. He took so many pictures of us it's crazy he is a very good photographer he is so kind! Then he took us back to see stones from the volcano.

Sunset trip - The trip was great! Our guide Kadek was super helpful! He kept asking if we were OK and if we needed anything. He also offered to take photos of us a lot, but also let us enjoy the moment.

Best choice to avoid crowded - Great trip very professional service. our guide spoke good english and helped us a lot. took us up the volcanoe in a very safe manner. took excellent photos no complaints. the Jeep was also really good. we were driving great fun!

If you have a good driver it’s worth it - Although the actual sunset was amazing, our journey to get there was an awful experience, not only did we randomly have to car pool with randoms which added 3 hours extra on to our journey, the driver even pulled to the side of oncoming traffic to piss in public - disgusting !
