Choose this company for your trek and ask for Wayan to be your guide - We have just come back from climbing Mount Batur, our driver Putu Anton was there bang on time at 230am to collect us and brought us to the bottom of the volcano with no trouble. We were met there by our guide Wayan Budiawan who provided very powerful head torches and hiking sticks, both of which came in very handy and made the hike easier both on the way up and back down. We saw other groups without sticks and some with just bamboo canes and it was obvious how much easier and safer it was to climb with these items. The walk up was beautiful, the sky was clear and I have never seen so many stars. I cannot convey how good Wayan was but he took care of us, made my daughter feel incredibly safe and took some amazing photos and videos of us, better than anything we could have taken ourselves. Use this company, ask for Wayan, and give him your phone, it was like having a personal photographer/videographer included for free. We will be talking about this trek for the rest of our lives it was worth the effort. And the breakfast that we went for afterward was fantastic and in a great restaurant with the most outstanding view.

Stunning views - Putu (driver) and Gede (guide) were excellent…both friendly, spoke good English and were happy to help when needed. The views at the top were absolutely stunning and the trip to the hot springs after was a treat for the legs after walking 5k up, then 5k down the volcano. Kudos for the communication beforehand as well, making sure I knew what to take, what time to be ready, hearing from both the company and the driver to confirm. Finally, this was the only tour I could find online that offered the trip for a solo traveller.

Magic for a young family - A Must do in Bali - Magical experience with our children to witness the incredible sunrise. Caring drivers, great fun and once in a lifetime opportunity. Would highly recommend this company. They have the best location for sunrise at the very top of the hill so you can walk up above all the jeeps to witness the day beginning. Great excursion. Glad we did the additional hike - Excursion went off smoothly. There were multiple drivers and a guide involved but transition between all were prompt and problem free. These guys have this excursion running very smoothly. I am glad we did the trek up the mountain to see the view because the regular jeep lot is packed and you do not get to see as far. Warning though, the trek up the mountain is no joke. It is a constant incline with loose rocks in many parts of the trail. Not dangerous at all, but my family was too tired to go all the way up. We settled for 40% of the way up. There is a good clearing and a refreshment shop with benches. I suggest this route if climbing all the way up seems too much for some. From this viewpoint, we were able to see lombok (can't at the jeep parking). Views were amazing. Afterwards we saw the lava lake. Drive there was long and the jeeps fumes were starting to get to us. Those sensitive should consider bringing masks. Lava lake was not as good as sunrise but what made it worthwhile were the pictures the drivers took of us. They have gotten really good and many are magazine like shots. We tipped them and they gave us HD photos via watsapp. We then had breakfast on top of cliff opposite of Mount batur. Views were amazing and worth it. You can really see the impact the lava had on the area. Food was good too. Overall it was a great excursion.

Unforgettable sunrise - An unforgettable experience. Our guide Jhon took very good care of us, found a great spot to watch the sunrise and took loads of photos for us. The breakfast place was stunning with a view of mount batur. Recommend 100%

Great! - Even though it was kinda cloudy out, still was great. Guides were very helpful and even recommended me other places to travel in the area and dropped me off there!

If the weather is on your side this will be the best trip in Bali! - The whole experience was brilliant, the guy who picked us up was really friendly, polite and knowledgable. He pointed things out along the journey to the mountain. He took plenty photos and videos of the trip. Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side and it was too cloudy so we didn't see the sunrise however this didn’t spoil our trip! Would definitely recommend the early start!

Once in a lifetime experience - Mount Batur is beautiful at sunrise. Our guides were so kind and took amazing photos! The breakfast afterwards was an amazing view and delicious food.

Lots of fun! - Pande was a great driver, and John was lots of fun too. They made the experience really memorable. We loved the sunrise and had lots of fun driving around. The hot springs were a bit different than expected, but it was overall a great day.
