Perfect. A must to do with this compagny. - It was fantastic ! Gandiva our driver was so kind and funny! He gave us some snack before the trekking to have some energy and recommended us some places to visit on our trip. Our guide (on the left on the pic) was funny and patient with us. We took breaks when needed and he took beautiful pics of us. The hot springs where needed after the hike haha, and the coffe plantation had a lot of tasteful coffees. They will make you try everything and it was very tasty. Would 100% recommend! Totally worth the price.

Definitely recommend for couples 🫶🏻 - Very easy to book and I had questions before the tour which was answered quickly. We were picked up from our hotel on time and driven to the start of our hike where we met our guide. He was very good and stopped when we needed it, I would say me and my boyfriend are fit people and although we found the hike quite manageable it was harder than we anticipated. Also bring more layers than you think you need as when you stop at the top to wait for the sunrise it’s windy and if sweaty so you can get quite cold. Beautiful sunrise so was worth it, slippy coming down if it has rained. Hot springs was much needed and really good. Coffee tasting was also fab and had a friendly guide and bought coffee at the end.
Overall I definitely recommend the tour, it ran super smoothly and was worth the early alarm!

Ms Zhu - My driver and tour guide were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this trip to visitors. It’s a nice experience to try the hot spring, the view on summit mountain Batur is magnificent, it worth my time and the money.

Beautiful hike with a gorgeous view and then relaxing at a hot spring. - It was a lovely hike up to Mount Batur to see the sunrise. Even though quite a lot of people are here in August, our guide picked a not so crowded route. The view was spectacular, but maybe the guides could tell the people to switch of the flashlights once your are up on the hill (our guide did). So others don‘t get blinded by the lights and could enjoy the view even more.
After the hike we relaxed at a hot spring which I can really recommend to do. The spring was located next to the lake and gave another great view.
All the time our driver Arnawa was a real help. He picked us up right a our hotel and gave us some interesting information and insights about the Mount Batur region. Needless to say he was a good and skilled driver, and we enjoyed our ride with him.

Amazing experience with a great guide and driver - We had an amazing experience on Mt. Batur with our guide Jero. He made sure we were comfortable and safe along the journey. Such a nice human being who we learned a lot from. Mandku our driver was awesome too! He even surprised us with an extra tour to a Luwak coffee plantation that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Organized, must do activity - Excellent adventure. Driver Gere was on time and professional. Guide Bagia was fantastic. Tough climb (shoes are important), carry warm clothing to wear at summit. Lava steam breakfast at sunrise was great! Be careful booking solo - their website allows it but then they “surprise” charged me 350,000 extra upon arrival at Base Camp. Still all very much worth it, highly recommend.

Breathtaking view - This was my first time trekking and although it was a bit of a challenge, I enjoyed it and would do it again. Make sure you come prepared. The hot spring was also an awesome and beautiful experience. The guides were also awesome.

Amazing tour with wonderful people! - Amazing day and wonderful lifetime experience! Must do trip. Both the driver Jero and tour guide Kadek were warm and kind people who made this experience even better. We are both very beginner hikers and although the trek was tough we made it to the top and our guide had lots of patience letting us know we could take as many breaks as we needed. The beautiful views even when it is cloudy and foggy are 100% worth it.
