Everyone should visit Mount Batur!!! - Karya was an AMAZING guide; he was such a gentleman and was a huge assistance to all four of us who were traveling with him. He really went above and beyond what was expected of him to assist us in ascending the mountain in time to see the sunrise. He made sure we took long enough rests between each section of the walk to replenish our energy.

Helpful trekking guide - This is very recommended! The guide is also very kind and helpful. The guide was really being helpful and nice 🥺❤️ he helped my sister to go down (while we continued the journey ourselves), then he made sure to catch up to us to give us food and everything. I also love the light and stick they gave us.

Must do in Bali - The climb up the mountain was a bit hard, at first you get warm but when you get to the top it is very cold so go well covered! They give you coffee/hot chocolate and banana for breakfast, a hard-boiled egg and toast. We went with Kedek and he was very nice. Then the pools are hot and super cool. The coffee plantation is in a hurry and they give you several coffees/teas to try. I recommend it (the day before they send you a WhatsApp to confirm the time)

Well managed - Once in a lifetime experience! The most important thing is to have an experienced driver! We were very lucky to have Kadek who was very helpful and took some amazing photos of us!

Private trekking - This was an amazing hike that I highly recommend. It was so organized from the welcome coffee to the tour guides. I think I got the absolute BEST guide. His name was Pande. I would definitely request him if you are allowed to. He took us up at a pace we were all comfortable with and at the top he was amazing, taking so many cool pictures for us and cooking our eggs and bananas in the volcanic heat. He was so energetic and so passionate about what he does. He made our morning amazing!! This company is so organized, from our driver to the guide to the food. Everything ran so well and punctual. The hot springs at the end was a good bonus. Can’t come to Bali and not do this trek!

Need good fitness - It is an activity that involves a one and a half hour climb up a steep slope. You have to be fit. It is worth the effort because the sunrise is impressive. You have to wear warm clothes and long trousers. The guide on the climb was very good, he was a lovely guy.

A great overall experience that will always remember. - An amazing experience with views at the top completely worth the climb. Our guide, Putu, was great and very supportive in making sure we felt safe and went at a pace were comfortable with. Putu also made sure we had some fab pics to remember the trip by. Thanks putu!

Waking up very early was totally worth it. - We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel, which was a really nice included service. Our guide Putu was very kind and professional. We would definitely recommend going on this trip.  What a view once you're up there! The included breakfast is also pretty cool, since they warm up the banana and eggs using the heat of the volcano!

Lifetime experience - Putra, our driver, was very friendly and helpful. And so was our guide. We took regular breaks in the trek and he ensured we’re doing ok. Great experience
