He took great time to explain the cultural heritage of Bali including Hindu traditions. The visit to the local school was just great. The scenery was amazing and cycling through the rice fields was just magical.Lunch was fab and felt well earned after the cycle Thank you Pung for a great day out☺️

A trip highlight - We had a great day with Eddie our guide and Dewa our driver. Well organised, nothing too much trouble. Stopped at coffee plantation at start of day, then at the viewing platform in Kintamani. We took a lovely cycle through the villages and had a real insight into Bali life. Eddie happily answered our many questions! We enjoyed a nice meal at a small Warung and recommend this trip to anyone who wants to get off the usual tourist paths and see how the locals live and leqrn 🚲

Fantastic tour - The pickup from our hotel was right on time and we were introduced to our guide, Pung, and our driver. We were first taken to a coffee/tea garden and cafe where we were told about the different plants and processes in the making of the drinks, and then given some delicious tasters in the cafe. From there, we were driven to see mount batur and began our tour down to ubud. We cycled from there; the bikes were well maintained and easy to use. The cycling was very easy and mostly downhill, and the scenery was beautiful. Pung was amazingly knowledgable, with excellent English, and answered all of the questions we had about the different plants and the way of life. We were able to stop to see a school, a temple and a Balinese home, as well as the rice paddy fields and jungle. We finished the tour with a lovely lunch and were driven back to the hotel. We would thoroughly recommend doing this tour, it was peaceful, informative and beautiful!

Scenic bicycle tour - It was amazing. Great to see outside of Ubud. The farmland, small villages, beautiful rice fields. Our guide Dewa was very knowledgeable and told us so many stories about Balinese culture and the history. He was making sure we were all safe and was just the kindest gentleman. The tour is 17 km of biking mostly downhill so it very easy and the bikes are great. When I booked I thought I was booking a $24 US tour but it was from an older ad on Tripadvisor so be careful and look at the current price. Honestly though it was worth every cent. Plus there was a lovely Balinese meal at the end.

Super nice bike ride - Super nice bike ride through GOAT Bali Cycling & Tours. Guide knew a lot to tell and the driver brought us safely to the destination. (This is definitely a plus in Bali). The tour itself: guide knew a lot about what we saw and films a lot. That's why we didn't fit any stops for extra photos. Because the videos show so much more than a picture. And you can so enjoy the view. I recommend this to everyone. They are also extra careful when they have to cross a busy track. Thank you to our guide 'pung' and driver 'forgot name'. Kenneth and Kim

An excellent way to the countryside - This is an excellent way to see some of the countryside around Ubud. It is certainly an option if you don't feel comfortable riding a rental scooter. Everything on my tour worked well. A driver picked me up at my accommodation. We picked up the tour guide en route to a brief stop at a coffee plantation. We continued on the place where the bikes are kept. The bikes are new and well maintained. The guide explained that the route was essentially 'all downhill' with small sections on the flat and a few up hill sections. Most of the route is on quiet narrow roads through farming areas. There are sections through paddy fields and occasional sections on busy roads. On the descent we stopped off a Primary School and a family farm house. At the end of the ride. you are provided with a buffet lunch. I was the only quest on the tour. This made it easy to stop an take photos and videos. The guide spoke good English and was very informative.
