Unforgettable cultural exchange - Couldn't of spent my birthday any other way then going on a spiritual journey tour in Bali I started off having breakfast at the coffee plantation trying all the different types of tea and coffee available and eating all the delicious fruit. I swear fruit taste better in bali more fresh. and then we went to an ancient neighbourhood in the village called nempahan where I git to see how Balinese families lived in the 1900's and still to this day I first visited a home of an artist and their family of 16 when you walk in their home they have all these bushes and plants in front to warn off bad energy then they have it set out as 4 houses in the compound one for kitchen one for ceremony one for elders sleeping and one for kids sleeping They have two temples within there home at the front and on the way to school they will pray in their temples I learnt They bury the placentas after the children born below the elder home to keep a connection with the kids returning home and being connected with their home They have ceremonys for stages of pregnancy naming and when children become adults and ceremony for when people pass in their home I learnt the proper way to introduce yourself is to use your first born second born or third born name in front of your name The firstborn child is named Wayan, Putu or Gede, the second is named Made or Kadek, the third child goes by Nyoman or Komang, and the fourth is named Ketut. If a family has more than four children, the cycle repeats itself, and the next 'Wayan' may be called Wayan Balik, which loosely translates to 'another Wayan'. So I am ni putu chantel After I visited the neighbourhood and walked through the neighbourhood temple My guide wayan ekai Taught me all about how the ancient royal family and high priestess brought about peace among the 3 religions in bali Hindu Buddhism And tirta And how together they believe in a philosophy- "Tri Hita Karana" Balinese philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, which translates as “three causes of well-being" or "three reasons for prosperity." It refers to harmony among people, harmony with nature and the environment, and harmony with God. These three principles guide many aspects of Balinese life, from daily rituals to Balinese architecture, and is the core of Pranasanti’s ethos. Then we went on a jungle hike past the rice terraces Nestled in the enchanting landscape of Tabanan, Bali, Jatiluwih Rice Terrace unfolds over 600 hectares, showcasing the marvels of Bali's Subak irrigation system. A spring water line that is shared amongst the farmers families Recognized and protected as a UNESCO Cultural Landscape, Jatiluwih is a testament to the profound intertwining of cultural and natural elements. Along the walk I saw coconut mango jack fruit and cotton trees. I got to have a delicious home cooked traditional bali feast I of course invited my tour guides To join me and the food was delicious my favourite was the mackerel After lunch we went to pura mengening This water temple was so beautiful and ancient I did a purification ceremony and gave offerings After I saw a priest who I meditated with he gave me some solid advice and sprinkled holy water and rice on my head and gave me a cute bracelet Truely an unforgettable experience Definitely feel enriched in my soul and have a greater sense of gratitude for being allowed to learn how Balinese live 🙏 ✨️ 🙌 ❤️

One of the best experiences - it was one of the best experiences in Bali. when someone introduces you to their culture, history and way of life in this way, it becomes clear to you why we feel good in these places. I have already read a lot about Bali in books, but this trip gave me more information and insights. the guys are really fantastic so is the food, if the journey takes me to their places again, I will definitely do it again. About the purification ceremony, it is something that is difficult to describe, so amazing. Thank you for one of the best experiences

Excellent Tour and experience - Very good tour and excellent way to experience Bali culture and ask as many questions as you want! The food was amazing and the tour guides are excellent. Would highly recommend over any other Bali tours as we did them all and this one is by far the best.
