Great yacht experience - Highly recommended. At the time of booking there were no reviews on Viator but there were some in Tripadvisor and the website seemed legit. Good choice to book for sure. Vasilis was our friendly skipper with his niece and yacht Izabela, we were a friendly group of six people sharing the trip. Good pace for full day trip, avoid the very large and crowded ship that goes to Balos, or the land route. Plenty of time to swim, visit Gramvousa fortress and Balos beach, while having lunch and snacks on the yacht. In particular great as there were not many similar options from Kissamos, you either have to take the large ship or rent full yacht, which for a couple is not efficient. So we were very satisfied. Note that the starting point in Viator app has been marked in Kissamos center for some reason, while it is actually in Kissamos port, just on the right hand side, so should plan extra 10 mins or so driving from Kissamos. No issue parking car, but can be a bit of traffic jam in the evening as everyone finishes their day in the port. Our drive back to Chania took about 55 mins.
