Amazing experience - My son is autistic and the only ride he loves is the Galaxy Spin. Tamiri was absolutely amazing! He was professional, courteous and so friendly.

Great Customer Service - I had come during the day time with my children who ranged from 5-16 and I was greeted by an Employee named Lisette who answered all of my questions, she was knowledgeable about the area and gave us a couple of recommendations about places to eat both in the park and outside, we had some turkey legs that were amazing!!!. Lisette also directed us to the ticket booth and even offered to walk us there, it was guest service to the highest degree!! I felt very welcomed and I would definitely do as she recommended and get the annual pass and continue to come here to experience exceptional service like this.

Friday Fun after 7pm - As we arrived to visit Lake Wales on Friday night (approx 7pm), we drove through the area and we wanted to find something fun to do. All the major theme parks were about to close and we found Fun Spot. Parking was free and we only had to pay for the unlimited ride armbands (approx $60) for the teens... since the adults only wanted to walk around. After entering the park, majority of the rides were not operating (it had rained just before we arrived) but the boys had a chance to do go-karts a few times. Lines were not long and there were plenty of goodies to purchase. We spent almost two hours before departing, right outside the park we had a chance to see some cool/classic cars! Due to only a few rides operating, armbands should have been 1/2 off normal price or we should have been informed. We also learned if armbands are purchased online, a few bucks are saved.

Very fun - The day pass is a great deal. The go cart tracks are super cool.
The mine blower is very cool, and with the day pass you can ride it over and over again.

Great - Tonight me and my family had some free time during our Disney World trip and we seen Fun Spot across from the place we are staying at and my 3 kids really wanted to go there. So we finally did. Maddison really help us out with out tickets giving us a good deal saving us money doing the season pass instead of just the all day passes for us. it saved us some money and my husband got to use the free sky coaster ride. overall it was a good night and i’m glad we could save a little money.
