- Monument of States - The Monument of States was conceived as a symbol of American unity after the attack on Pearl Harbor, and is located at 300 E. Monument Avenue in Kissimmee, Florida. It was built by volunteers, with donations of stone that came from around the world, including a rock from President Franklin D. Roosevelt. It was the brainchild of Charles W. Bressler-Pettis, who also hoped it would become a unique tourist attraction for the city.

Experience a unique, completely electric three-wheeled adult tricycle ride along Kissimmee’s waterfront, through the Lakefront Park and into the intriguing Shingle Creek marshland. Discover the local wildlife firsthand! This 2-hour, approximately 5-mile round trip journey requires no pedaling. Numerous stops are arranged for capturing striking photos or simply to pause and marvel at nature’s spectacle. Please note that this is a SELF-LED excursion. A detailed lakefront map outlining the 5-mile cycling route, along with key spots of interest, will be handed to each participant. The commonly spotted wildlife on this adventure ranges from ducks, birds, raccoons, squirrels, snakes to turtles, rabbits, and occasionally, a wandering American alligator! For a higher possibility of spotting an alligator, consider the 5pm slot…if you have the nerve… As they are more prone to be active during dusk…
