A must - This pass is a must! You save so much money by using it instead of paying individually. BTW the Helocopter tour is included in addition of the number of activities that you chose. Also you have to call to make a reservation for most of the activities, the helicopter, the pirate diner, the wildlife boat tour. Download the Orlando sightseeing app to have the address for each activities. It will make it easier!

A Good Deal - This is the second year in a row we have used The Orlando Sightseeing Pass and have found it to be very simple and easy to use, with one exception. We chose to spend one of our options at The Pirates Dinner Show. When I contacted the Pirate Show to book our evening, the fellow needed a number from the pass, which I did not see. I explained to him that everywhere else just scanned the bar code, and each place worked flawlessly. He was adamant that there was a number on it, and each pass had a different number. Since I could not find this number, I then called Viotor, the company that the passes were purchased through, and this was an extremely painful conversation. The person I spoke to at Viotor didn't seem to even know or understand that Viotor sold this type of pass. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to figure out what number was going to satisfy the Pirates, when my husband tried a different approach, from another phone and spoke to a different person at The Pirate Show, and there was no problem. Reservations were made. So as far as the Sightseeing Pass, excellent deal, just some staff need to be better educated.

Beware -- Zip Lining at Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park will Deny Entry - The helicopter ride was an AWESOME experience. Everyone loved it and the people at MaxFlight Helicopter were amazing! Same can be said for WonderWorks, our group of 2 adults and 4 teenage boys (ages 13-17) all enjoyed themselves. The 4 hours there went by fast. Again, amazing staff and great experience. Be prepared to pay for parking, our 4 hours was $7. So why the low rating? Because we planned to do a helicopter ride and they can be found cheap in Orlando. But when we saw this deal and could add on zip lining plus one other experience, we were sold. Only to find out that Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Lining does not accept the pass. They got the manager involved, and called the owner (his brother) and he denied us entry but offered 25% off. Again, wouldn't have gotten the pass if zip lining wasn't included, would've just stuck with helicopter tour and go to Fun Spot like the boys asked.

Misleading but is still an option - Let's start off with the good. We were able to utilize the pass without issue on merchants that accepted it. It did save a marginal amount of money however the bad is multiple merchants and things the pass promised were not available. Viator needs to clean up the verbiage on the pass as to not mislead the consumer. I guess if you are savy and willing to deal with some frustrating things go for it.

Quick photo shoot and waxing takes forever - It was cute and a different way to waste time a bit. The exhibits was very convincing. Photo opt spot. You can get your future read by Harry Potter' House hat. Nearing the end of the tour you can get your hand waxed. The line was so long we had to asked to come back in which staff was very nice about. We came back the next day and spent 2-3 hours waiting to be call in which we were given a buzzer. During the wait the manager accosted us in the car to enforce parking policy in which we explained why we were waiting. The waxing process takes 30 minutes to a hour. After the revist we decided to head back to the hotel since the process took most of the day.

On the fence - This seemed like a great package to buy at first. We purchased a 3 day package for 6 people for $500 something. But if you decide to purchase this, please use these on the more expensive places that this package offers such as the dinners and water park. Otherwise, it’s not worth it, because most of the tours cost an average of $20. Some places were 50 to 1 hour away from where we stayed in Kissimmee, really close to Disney. So we were really limited with choices. We didn’t need the water park because our resort already had a water park. We didn’t need the arcade one either, because our resort offers one already. In the end we didn’t want to do the dinners either because we wanted to be more adventurous. We did go to the Pirate dinner adventure because it was a show and dinner. That was great! But you all will be saving a ton of money if you are just going to the skeleton, crayola, wildlife stuff, chocolate factory, etc. wished they offered more choices. Please research and do your math. We saved almost $100 from this package simply because we did the pirate dinner. If we went to a regular tour in its place, this package would have profited about or around $200 off of us.

Orlando Sightseeing Flex Pass: 20+ Incredible Attractions promised, but not delivered. - I booked this based on the experiences listed as included on the Viator website (have used Viator before and always had a good experience). The activities included in the Viator ad did not match the ones for the actual Sightseeing pass. I spent over an hour with the pass people as well as the Viator people to verify the info was not correct and to get a promise of a refund. The Pirate Dinner Theater was advertised as included...it was not. Other attractions advertised also were not included. The helicopter tour required two people (not covered in original ad). This really messed up a 1/2 day of my vacation. I suspect that either the pass changed at some point and the ad the Viator ad was not updated, or they listed events from a different pass.

RIDICULOUSNESS RIP OFF - I purchased the sightseeing pass in advanced just to find out there's attractions on there that caught my eye of interest for an adventure for the family that are no longer available. It will take 7-10 business days to get an answer as to if my pass can be altered and if I can receive a partial refund. My vacation will be done and over by the time I get a response. Thank goodness I learn from my mistakes and I will Never purchase something like this again. Then I found out the price of some of the attraction tickets are more than what the actual attraction is selling them for. This is crazy. Not only false advertising but also over charging.
