Northern Lights Tour - It was great. The nighttime snowmobile tour through the forest followed by a barbecue was very nice. The view of the Northern Lights was fantastic.

Magnificent the guide was great👍👍👍 - It was a great experience. The guide was perfect, he gave us a lot of information. if it was a redo, without any problem, I would do it again. A little information to know, you have a deductible of €1000 in the event of a snowmobile accident. and the car license is also compulsory. Perfect.

Lights Adventure with Exceptional Safety and Care - We had a great time on the Levi Northern Lights by Snowmobile excursion. Unfortunately, we couldn’t complete the full excursion as planned due to the extremely cold weather conditions. I really appreciated the honesty of the team in ensuring our safety—they offered us the option to reschedule or cancel for a full refund. We chose to go ahead with the excursion, and it was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was fantastic, and the first round of snowmobiling (about 1.5 hours) was exciting and well-organized. We returned for a hot drink, which was much needed after being out in the cold. Although we were offered the chance to go out again, we decided not to because we were too cold by that point. Overall, it was a great experience, and the team handled the weather-related challenges professionally. It would have been perfect if the weather had allowed us to do the full excursion, but that’s out of their control. I’d definitely recommend this tour, especially for their focus on guest safety and comfort!

Please Remodel Your Tour Methods - I will be as forgiving and constructive as I possibly can… This company needs a SERIOUS reset in terms of the tour schedule because that was a disaster. Husband and I booked a similar tour (snowmobile ride out to teepee for sausage roasting) with a different company the previous night and it went very smooth. This company overbooks giant groups that literally don’t fit in the teepee. First company had an attendent waiting in the teepee with the fire hot and ready for visitors– this company did not and we waited in the cold for 10 minutes as the guide tried to kindle a fire. Then they stuffed as many bodies into the teepee as humanly possible til no one could move while the rest froze in the dark outside. The guides were fine, the facilities were fine, and the cost was fine, but the organization is nonexistent and made the experience quite lame by the end. Sorry.

Disappointing, safety needs reviewing. We were left behind! - Mixed feelings, there were some brief instructions at the start and no opportunities to practice before you set off down quite a steep, narrow track but that was ok and we managed. The tour guides on the first part of the trip were nice and accommodated my son who did not enjoy the trip as much as we thought, due to feeling unsafe on the machine (he's usually a speed demon, but said it was too bumpy as a passenger). That part was good. The problems started when we went back to the cabin for some juice and snacks. We were asked if we wanted to go back out for the remainder of our trip (an hour left to go). My daughter and I decided that we did. We went out onto the snowmobiles and picked one at the back. The two tour guides set off from the front and despite me signaling repeatedly and shouting that my snowmobile had not started, they set off anyway! I did get the machine started after a minute or two and so went off. I expected the group to be waiting at the bottom of the track but they were nowhere to be seen. We decided to set out again over the lake in case they were there (we thought we could see some lights up ahead), but they were not. The situation is now that myself and my 13 year old daughter are out entirely on our own in -26c temperatures at night, with no one having any idea that we were there. It astounds me that neither of the two tour guides had counted how many were in their group before they set off or aware that a member of their party was not with them. This appears to be a serious breach of safety. Anyway, after a few minutes we realised we could not see the group ahead of us and so returned to the base, parking the snowmobile myself (fortunately I remembered the way in the dark). When we went inside, the staff did seem a little surprised we were there and there was an apology of sorts. We were then offered the chance to go out with another group, which we did. I noticed this tour guide counted the group before we left and made sure everyone was ready. This was much better in this respect but still, unfortunately the experience was marred for us by now and we were both pretty shocked. We did see some beautiful aurora on this occasion, which was bonus. However, we were out for maybe 15 minutes maximum this time, so my daughter was a bit disappointed and felt rather short-changed as she loved it and was looking forward to going out again for her full hour. The trip was also a Christmas present from her grandparents which she was really looking forward to, so it's a shame that it ended up this way. Please do review your safety systems, as it should NEVER have been possible for someone to left behind in my opinion and, especially given the price of this trip, has left us feeling disappointed I'm sorry to say.

One of the worst... - One of the worst organized tours I ever participated The strange experience started a day before the tour, when I got a message in the afternoon stating that I didn't confirm my pickup location, I would have to come to their premises myself, it would be too late to change that now. Ah, and they don't have parking. But no worries, opposite of the road there's public parking for a fee. I replied that my ticket confirmed the pickup location that I selected during booking. No reaction, no apology, nothing. At this point I should have cancelled. Knowing that the chances of seeing the northern lights would be close to zero that night, I still decided to go, as it might be fun to go on a snowmobile tour anyway. We arrived at the given location on time, to find the most pathetic logistics I ever witnessed. Checked in, being directed to a queue with literally 50-60 other people for clothing, a guy started shouting and giving different instructions. First we should sign this and that, and only then queue for clothing. Okay. After getting our clothes, we has to go outside, where the tour guides started an effort to divide the group of 50-60 people into three smaller groups. We have been pushed around and given conflicting instructions for literally 45 minutes, before they seemed to have organised themselves. It was frustrating to witness and be part of this exercise. Afterwards we got an instruction by the tour guide. She seemed annoyed before anything even started and rather bossy than friendly. After the instruction, she distributed us to our snowmobiles, to realise "oh, I forgot to tell you, don't stand up, this is where all the accidents happen". Okay. 5 minutes later: "I forgot to tell you about the hand signals". So she explained something about handsignals, before we were finally ready to leave. The tour as such consisted of 45' driving with 15- 20kmh on a snowmobile track, stopping every 5-10' to regather the group. Also, stopping twice to "check for northern lights", and stopping once to be given a "third of a cup" of hot juice. I wanted to say on the positive note, that safety was perfect. Until 2km before the end of the tour, an irresponsible tour guide of one of the other sub groups passed us with 40kmh, carrying kids-sledges, while we were standing, with literally 20cm distance. He almost ran over our tour guide. They advertise it as "small group, maximum 20 people". In our subgroup, there were 12 snowmobiles. Pathetic. I would give zero stars if I could.

Don’t waste your money - Most terribly organised activity I have ever been on. -28 deg C and spent 90% of the time sat around waiting for the guides to get going or for others to catch up. Far too big groups with 25+ people in a group, so if one person is slow or has a problem then the whole group has to wait in the cold. A company that prioritises profit over experience

Bad, not worth the money - I wish I had one good thing to say about this tour but I don’t. We didn’t see any remnants of the northern lights which was of course disappointing and not their fault but it was handled horribly. They have no plan if the lights aren’t out. They drove us around aimlessly at 7 km/hr in a single file line (I will get back to this later) and stopped every 10 min for the guide to kill time and walk back to ask us all how we were doing. She then said an hour in “well obviously there’s no point in hunting the lights so we’re just going to go make a fire”. We gathered at a random open field where they made a tiny fire for 40 people and gave us half a cup of hot juice each. For about 10 minutes we all sat there staring and then it was time to go back. Our tour had 10 small children on it being dragged by the guide at the front of line by a 5 row sled that couldn’t go over small bumps in the road because it was too heavy. We stopped a few times and they all got off the sled to make it over the bump wasting more time. One person asked if we could go faster and our guide told us “I can’t go any faster pulling all these kids”. What a waste of money. I went on a reindeer ride the day before that was more riveting. Boring. Slow. Waste of money. Very disappointed. Wish there was a way to get my money and those 3 hours back. When we got back to the office afterwards the whole group stood outside the locked building for 10 min freezing while the guides were no where to be found and everyone just wanted to get out of there. Don’t do this tour unless you’re 100% sure northern lights will be out. Not worth it.
