We were lucky to see a beam of aurora - It is not a tour but a move to a fixed place about twenty kilometers from Levi. You go by bus, you get off , you are told very nicely how to take sky-high pictures with your iPhone , they light bonfires and cook sausages .. like all other tours, until 10.30pm for the return; nothing special in terms of experience as it is only planned to stand and hope that something appears in the sky We were lucky because, just as we had already got on the bus to leave, a streak of dawn appeared in the sky

Mah.... - Just a transport to an area outside the city, calling it an adventure seems a bit overrated. Sausages and bonfires like everyone else

Terrible!!! Don’t waste your money! You will be left cold and thirsty and unhappy/ unsatisfied - There was snowfall and fully cloudy and they still went for the tour without option to cancel. They didn’t travel far enough and instead just drove around to 2 places. The guide Daniella and Tonis were not in agreement. They also dropped the hot juice in the minivan that was for the guests. They even said to each other that it’s good that it’s cloudy, as we will get to wrap this up quickly. A very poor experience and a waste of money. They were sweet to talk but for the job they are doing and the tour, they were terrible. Purely money making and no thought of satisfaction for the customers. We have done 2 more northern lights tours in Tromso and Rovaniemi and they were amazing!!! I will never book these guys again. No one from the tour with us was happy. A suggestion to arctic snowmobile park, Levi - please consider customer satisfaction and give option to cancel tour before departing if you don’t want to go far enough for the lights or it’s very cloudy. The only option to cancel was 24 hours prior which one cannot decide. The tour was over in 2 hours.
