• Freedive Nusa - Freediving School - The Freediving Level 1 course offers a gentle and structured introduction to the tranquil realm of freediving. This course is open to all, including those who have never engaged in water-based activities before. It presents an ideal chance for participants to forge a bond with the aquatic environment and discover the joy of being submerged.

The educational journey spans three days, commencing at 8:30 am and concluding at 4:30 pm, with an intermission for lunch. The curriculum encompasses both theoretical and hands-on land training, two sessions in confined water, and three sessions in the open water.
By the conclusion of the program, the majority of learners are capable of breath-holding for over two minutes and achieving dives between 15 to 20 meters deep on a single breath!

No prior experience is necessary to enroll. The only prerequisite is proficiency in swimming. Freediving is accessible to all!

Most students are capable of achieving depths between 15-20 meters within three days. The training received during the course will facilitate reaching these depths with utmost safety and comfort.
