Like the service - The staff is friendly, kind, the itinerary is according to what you like, basically. I really recommend this for friends who want to go to Nusa Penida

Great trip - Won't say much, in short just great, might return someday. Try it yourself if you have the time and friends.

Would recommend Scoot. - It took me some time to decided on booking Scoot to use for boat transfer from Nusa Lembongan to Lombok. In all honesty I wasn't reading any great reviews on any transfers including flights more bad than good. So I was expecting the worst. Overall I was surprised and blessed with great conditions. Scoot was reliable on the trip from NL to Lombok and no hassle and on time (collection from hotel not as smooth as they did multiple pick ups and couldn't fit us in the vehicle so we just walked down to the beach not far ), although not complaining as we were in holiday mode the pick up on return from Lombok to NL was 1 hr late, and not their fault the conditions although calm not as calm as trip over. Still a few people sick however they handled the mild conditions well, Trip from NL to the Gili Islands 2 hrs then a further 1 hr to Lombok. On return boat was full and scarce amounts of seats left, as they do the reverse from the Gili Islands, Lombok, NL (most people get off) then onto Sanur. Overall I would travel with Scoot again. Tip if you are not a great sea traveller defiantly take the travelcalm and get a window seat, also try to keep the window open as long as you can (fresh air helps), most people that get the window seat will close the window when the swell picks up. They did hand out water on the trip from NL to Lombok, however on return from Lombok to NL no water offered when we got on board (probably handed out at the Gili's)

The agency was pretty... - The agency was pretty hard to find in the harbour but from the moment we found it, everything went super smooth. Hope you gonna grab party boat! Super fun

Dodgy Fast boat companies without boats. They go through bigger boat companies such as Idola who acutally have them. - The boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida was half hour late (Ray Fish) The boat from Nusa Penida to Sanur left half hour early without taking us (Never book with Ray Fish or Victory Cruise Miles) they dont actually own the boats anymore and are at the mercy of bigger boat company such as Semabu or Maruti or Idola. Had we reserved close to flight times from Bali, we would have been stranded on Bali island. That is another lesson. Never book close to flight times these boats, keep enough margin of time between the boat arrival and flight times.

Fast boat - Our boat left 30 minutes late. There were 2 other companies that were scheduled at the same time and they left on time. Not sure of the reason.

Careful: never received our tickets - Made a booking and paid online. We never received the tickets and had to pay twice. Afterwards, they said they had sent the tickets, which we never received. Did not respond to our request to examine.

Bargain evey place in Bali - The boat transfer prices are not fixed. Bargained every place in Bali. 250K for a round trip is real.

Worst experience ever! - Extremely dissatisfied with the service on our Nusa Penida to Bali trip. Unexpected changes in departure time resulted in financial losses and major inconvenience. Their lack of timely communication and responsiveness only added to the frustration. Think twice before booking with them.
